【摘要】：未成年人違法犯罪是一個(gè)社會(huì)問(wèn)題，和其他犯罪現(xiàn)象一樣有它產(chǎn)生的原因、存在條件、變化規(guī)律和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。本人與課題組的其他成員一起，以福建省少年管教所在押未成年犯、福建省少年教養(yǎng)所的教養(yǎng)人員和廈門林邊工讀學(xué)校學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象，經(jīng)過(guò)半年多的實(shí)地調(diào)查，發(fā)放近千份的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷，并與管教干警、少年犯及少教人員進(jìn)行座談、個(gè)別訪談，掌握了較豐富的第一手資料。通過(guò)調(diào)查分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)福建省未成年人違法犯罪呈現(xiàn)出團(tuán)伙化、財(cái)產(chǎn)化、低齡化、暴力化、多元化、智能化、激情化等特征；未成年人違法犯罪的主要原因有未成年人自身因素、家庭因素、學(xué)校因素和社會(huì)因素。在預(yù)防未成年人違法犯罪的對(duì)策上，本文提出必須構(gòu)建學(xué)校、社會(huì)、家庭“三位一體”的教育體系，及時(shí)掌握未成年人違法犯罪前的心理和行為變化；完善有關(guān)未成年人違法犯罪的法律制度；在對(duì)違法犯罪的未成年人矯治改造時(shí)要堅(jiān)持“教育為主、懲罰為輔”的原則，，加強(qiáng)思想教育、文化知識(shí)教育和職業(yè)技術(shù)教育。
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency is a social problem. Like other criminal phenomena, it has its causes, conditions, changing laws and development trends. I am with other members of the research group. Taking the juvenile offenders in custody in Fujian Provincial Juvenile Correctional Center, the correctional staff of Fujian Provincial Juvenile Correctional Center and the students of Xiamen Linbian Work-and-study School as the research subjects, after more than half a year's field investigation, nearly 1,000 questionnaires were distributed and sent out with correctional police officers. Through the investigation and analysis, it is found that juvenile delinquency and juvenile delinquency in Fujian show gang, property, younger age, violence and pluralism. The main causes of juvenile delinquency are their own factors, family factors, school factors and social factors. The education system of "trinity" in society and family should grasp the psychological and behavioral changes before juvenile delinquency and improve the legal system of juvenile delinquency. We should adhere to the principle of "education first, punishment secondary", and strengthen ideological education, education of cultural knowledge and vocational and technical education.
