文章摘要：崔尚志（1924—1989）,遼寧名醫(yī),中西醫(yī)結(jié)合的開拓者,活血化瘀研究的先驅(qū)者,畢生從事中西醫(yī)結(jié)合防治冠心病的臨床與研究。他參與研制了＂冠心1號＂等制劑,通過臨床系列研究,總結(jié)其療效規(guī)律,并率先開展動物實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,探討中藥制劑防治冠心病的作用機(jī)制。他主張中醫(yī)＂辨�。ⅲ⒈孀C＂與西醫(yī)＂辨�。⑾嘟Y(jié)合的方法辨證論治,以《內(nèi)經(jīng)》理論指導(dǎo)冠心病治療,將冠心病辨為＂心痹＂病,分別氣滯血瘀、氣虛血瘀兩大主證,并根據(jù)冠心病臨床合并癥不同,再分為陰虛陽亢等八個兼證。

Abstr：Cui Shangzhi（ 1924—1989） was a very famous integrative physician in China. As an integrative pioneer,he started the research on the treatment of blood activating and stasis removing. He devoted all his life to the integrative medicine. Dr. Cui specialized in treating coronary heart disease（ CHD） combining Chinese herbs with western medicine. He invented a Chinese herb formula called guanxin 1 with his colleagues,and did a series of clinical and basic researches on it,through which he proved the effect of guanxin 1 on treating CHD and expounded its therapeutic mechanism. Dr. Cui advocated that the syndrome differentiation should combine Chinese medical disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation according to western medical diseases. In Nei Jing,CHD is considered as Xin Bi,and Dr. Cui differentiated the syndromes of Xin Bi into two main syndromes and eight subordinate syndromes according to CHD and its morbidity.
