【摘要】:心率數(shù)據(jù)是最易于獲取的人體生理數(shù)據(jù)之一,基于心率變異性的睡眠分析是近年來(lái)各種用于日常健康管理的可穿戴設(shè)備功能的一個(gè)重要發(fā)展方向,需要不斷探索可以應(yīng)用于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)睡眠分期時(shí)間窗(約30 s)的各類(lèi)短時(shí)特征參數(shù).利用近期報(bào)道的有限穿越水平可視圖,并進(jìn)一步提出一種加權(quán)有限穿越水平可視圖,將不同睡眠狀態(tài)下的短時(shí)心率變異序列映射為網(wǎng)絡(luò),進(jìn)而提取平均集聚系數(shù)、特征路徑長(zhǎng)度、集聚系數(shù)熵、路徑分布熵、加權(quán)集聚系數(shù)熵和加權(quán)路徑分布熵等網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征參數(shù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析.結(jié)果表明,各網(wǎng)絡(luò)參數(shù)值在醒覺(jué)、淺睡期、深睡期和快速眼動(dòng)期的幅度水平具有顯著差異,體現(xiàn)了所述方法在基于短時(shí)心率變異數(shù)據(jù)的睡眠分期中的有效性.同時(shí),進(jìn)一步研究了健康年輕人和中老年人在不同睡眠狀態(tài)下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)參數(shù)值,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩者雖然存在整體的水平差異,但是在不同睡眠狀態(tài)間的變化仍具有相同的趨勢(shì),反映出相對(duì)于正常的年齡老化,睡眠調(diào)制對(duì)心臟動(dòng)力學(xué)系統(tǒng)具有更顯著的影響,也說(shuō)明所述方法可作為基于心率變異性的睡眠研究的一種新的輔助工具.
[Abstract]:Heart rate data is one of the most easily available physiological data of human body. Sleep analysis based on heart rate variability is an important development direction of wearable devices for daily health management in recent years. There is a need to explore all kinds of short-term feature parameters that can be applied to the standard sleep stage time window (about 30 s). Furthermore, a weighted finite traversing horizontal visual map is proposed, which maps short time heart rate variability series under different sleep states into a network, and then extracts the average aggregation coefficient, characteristic path length, and aggregation coefficient entropy. The network characteristic parameters such as path distribution entropy, weighted aggregation coefficient entropy and weighted path distribution entropy are statistically analyzed. The results show that the network parameters are in wake up and shallow sleep period. There were significant differences in amplitude levels between deep sleep and rapid eye movements, which demonstrated the effectiveness of the method in sleep stages based on short term HRV data. At the same time. The network parameters of healthy young people and middle aged people in different sleep states were further studied. It was found that the changes of network parameters in different sleep states still had the same trend although there was an overall level difference between them. It reflects that sleep modulation has a more significant effect on cardiac dynamic system than that of normal aging. It also shows that the proposed method can be used as a new assistant tool for sleep research based on heart rate variability.
