雞蛋分級包裝生產線自動控制系統(tǒng)的設計與試驗

【摘要】:雞蛋質量分級是雞蛋生產加工和銷售前處理的重要工序之一。目前,發(fā)達國家生產的雞蛋分級包裝生產線效率較高,該類型機器最高生產效率達到180 000枚/h,而中國市場上主流的雞蛋稱量分級機生產效率最高為10 000~20 000枚/h。本文結合我國中小型企業(yè)對雞蛋分級機的實際需求,研究了30 000枚/h的雞蛋電子稱量、分級包裝生產線的同步跟蹤自動控制系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)由稱量部分、分級部分、裝盤部分和自動送盤部分組成。本課題研究的重點包括雞蛋重量檢測、雞蛋位置同步跟蹤,雞蛋分級包裝控制和模擬仿真部分。主要的研究內容和研究結果如下:(1)在雞蛋重量檢測部分,利用一種32位嵌入式RISC處理器ARM同時采集多個通道傳感器的雞蛋重量信號并進行處理,將處理后的信息通過并行口送到可編程邏輯控制器PLC的寄存器,PLC對雞蛋重量進行等級判斷。在雞蛋的同步位置跟蹤部分,利用限位開關脈沖作為數(shù)據傳遞的觸發(fā)信號,然后利用編碼器產生的高速脈沖實現(xiàn)對雞蛋運動的位置精確定位,并控制相應繼電器和電磁鐵,對雞蛋按重量進行分級;(2)在硬件上搭建了模擬濾波模塊、A/D轉換摸塊、通訊接口電路以及ARM控制器等組成的雞蛋零速電子稱量及PLC控制的分級系統(tǒng),設計完成該電路的PCB板;在軟件上編寫了稱重信號采集程序、雞蛋位置同步跟蹤程序、雞蛋分級控制系統(tǒng)程序、上位機界面等;(3)試制了該生產線的核心部分——上料稱重裝置,進行了稱重傳感器的標定和稱量精度的試驗;對生產線的分級裝置和同步位置跟蹤系統(tǒng),則采用Irai機電一體化仿真軟件,在外部PLC控制器和控制程序中對計算機內VU Pro模塊中虛擬的3D生產線機械模型進行控制和虛實結合仿真;對該生產線的多排零速稱重精度進行試驗,對ARM和PLC的數(shù)據通信進行在線測試,同時測試稱重中雞蛋的破損率,檢驗稱重分級生產率以及系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性等;試驗結果表明:在生產效率為30000枚/h時,該控制系統(tǒng)測量誤差在±1g之間的雞蛋占85.6%,分級準確率達到98%,該研究結果有助于提高雞蛋分級的生產效率,可為雞蛋分級技術國產化提供參考。
[Abstract]:Egg quality grading is one of the important processes of egg production, processing and sale. At present, the production efficiency of egg grading packaging production line in developed countries is relatively high, the highest production efficiency of this type of machine is 180 000 / h, while the production efficiency of mainstream egg weighing classifier in Chinese market is 10 000 ~ 20 000 / h. In this paper, according to the actual demand of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises for egg classifier, the automatic synchronous tracking control system of 30 000 / h egg electronic weighing and grading packaging production line is studied. The system consists of weighing part, grading part, and so on. The packing part and the automatic feeding part are composed of two parts. The research focuses on egg weight detection, egg position synchronization tracking, egg grading packaging control and simulation. The main research contents and results are as follows: 1) in the egg weight detection part, an embedded 32-bit RISC processor arm is used to simultaneously collect and process egg weight signals from multiple channel sensors. The processed information is sent to the register PLC of PLC through parallel port to judge the weight of egg. In the synchronous position tracking part of the egg, the limit switch pulse is used as the trigger signal for data transmission, and then the high speed pulse generated by the encoder is used to accurately locate the position of the egg motion, and the corresponding relay and electromagnet are controlled. The egg is classified according to the weight of eggs. (a) A / D conversion block, communication interface circuit and arm controller are built on the hardware. The egg zero speed electronic weighing and PLC control grading system is designed and the PCB board of the circuit is designed. A weighing signal acquisition program, an egg position synchronous tracking program, an egg grading control system program and a host computer interface are programmed in the software. The calibration and weighing accuracy of the weighing sensor are tested, and the classifying device and the synchronous position tracking system of the production line are simulated by Irai mechatronics simulation software. In the external PLC controller and control program, the virtual 3D production line mechanical model in the VU Pro module in the computer is controlled and simulated with virtual reality, and the precision of multi-row zero speed weighing of the production line is tested. The data communication between arm and PLC is tested online, and the breakage rate of eggs in weighing is tested, the productivity of weighing grading, the stability and reliability of the system are tested, and the results show that when the production efficiency is 30000 / h, The control system accounts for 85.6 eggs with a measuring error of 鹵1g, and the classification accuracy is 98. The results of this study are helpful to improve the production efficiency of egg classification and provide reference for the localization of egg grading technology.
