【摘要】：針對尺度不變特征變換(SIFT)點匹配算法中幾何約束缺失問題,提出了一種基于最佳匹配幾何約束的點匹配算法.該算法以SIFT匹配算法為基礎(chǔ),首先構(gòu)建左右影像特征點集的轉(zhuǎn)換模型,然后采用改進(jìn)的量子粒子群算法對模型參數(shù)進(jìn)行迭代尋優(yōu),每次粒子位置更新后,采用基于搜索圓的特征點匹配算法獲取新位置下的特征點,并根據(jù)獲取的特征點情況計算其適宜度與輔助適宜度來對粒子位置進(jìn)行評價,經(jīng)過多次迭代,最終獲取匹配影像的最佳幾何約束與該約束下相應(yīng)的匹配點,實現(xiàn)了特征點的匹配.選取多幅遙感影像進(jìn)行點匹配實驗,結(jié)果表明:相比其它的點匹配算法,該算法在匹配點的數(shù)目與精度上都有顯著提高,能夠獲得更好的點匹配結(jié)果.
[Abstract]:A point matching algorithm based on optimal matching geometric constraints is proposed to solve the problem of missing geometric constraints in the scale-invariant feature transformation (sift) point matching algorithm. The algorithm is based on sift matching algorithm. Firstly, the transformation model of left and right image feature points is constructed, and then the improved quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to iteratively optimize the parameters of the model. The feature point matching algorithm based on search circle is used to obtain the feature points in the new position, and according to the obtained feature points, its suitability and auxiliary suitability are calculated to evaluate the particle position. Finally, the best geometric constraint of the matching image is obtained and the corresponding matching points are obtained, and the matching of the feature points is realized. Several remote sensing images are selected for point matching experiments. The results show that compared with other point matching algorithms, the algorithm can significantly improve the number and accuracy of matching points, and can obtain better point matching results.
