麗水配電自動化試點工程建設研究

【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟和科學現(xiàn)代化的快速發(fā)展,高品質,高可靠性的能源城市對電能供應提出了越來越高的要求。城市發(fā)展得越好,抵御的能力就越強,有時甚至是短暫的停電時間,哪怕一秒鐘也會不可避免的導致城市的不穩(wěn)定,以及帶來較大的經(jīng)濟損失。配電網(wǎng)是整個電網(wǎng)的最后一端,肩負著直接向所有用戶供電的責任,屬于整個電網(wǎng)的核心內容。伴隨經(jīng)濟社會的快速發(fā)展,對于供電能力人們提出了更高的要求與標準,建設具備自動化與信息化等諸多特點為一體的智能配電網(wǎng)絡,是實現(xiàn)智能電網(wǎng)的基本條件。麗水市區(qū)的該項目建設是麗水市的中心區(qū)域,該區(qū)域中1座500kV變電站,2座220kV變電站,8座110kV變電站,86條10kV線路,主要給政府、工業(yè)、商業(yè)等重要客戶和居民提供電力供應任務。整個城市發(fā)展得差不多了,配電網(wǎng)絡也在向穩(wěn)定的狀態(tài)靠攏,這為實現(xiàn)配電自動化創(chuàng)造了非常便利的條件。本文首先對配電自動化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了簡要說明;分析了麗水供電公司配網(wǎng)自動化試點區(qū)域電網(wǎng)設備的運行情況、通信系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀,及目前存在試點區(qū)域的各類系統(tǒng)情況。通過配電自動化的應用與實施,分別對配網(wǎng)一次網(wǎng)架和設備、配電自動化主站、配電終端、配電通信系統(tǒng)改造進行了要求。項目的目標是通過配電自動化工程的實施,完成麗水市城區(qū)電力系統(tǒng)通信網(wǎng)絡和自動化的建設,對配電網(wǎng)的結構進行整合,實現(xiàn)饋路自動化和配電SCADA。初步具備智能配電調控一體化的要求,建設處具有自動化和信息化等特征的智能配電網(wǎng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and scientific modernization, high quality and high reliability energy cities put forward higher and higher requirements for power supply. The better the city develops, the more resilient it is, and sometimes even a short blackout, even for a second, inevitably leads to instability and greater economic losses. Distribution network is the last end of the whole grid, which shoulders the responsibility of supplying electricity to all users directly and belongs to the core content of the whole grid. With the rapid development of economy and society, people put forward higher requirements and standards for power supply capacity. It is the basic condition to realize smart grid to build intelligent distribution network with many characteristics such as automation and information. The construction of this project in Lishui City is the central area of Lishui City. In this area, one 500kV substation, two 220kV substations, eight 110kV substations, 86 10kV lines, mainly provide power supply tasks to the government, industry, commerce and other important customers and residents. The whole city has developed almost, and the distribution network is moving closer to a stable state, which creates a very convenient condition for the realization of distribution automation. In this paper, the development status of distribution automation is briefly described, and the operation of power network equipment in the distribution automation pilot area of Lishui Power supply Company, the status quo of communication system, and all kinds of systems in the pilot area are analyzed. Through the application and implementation of distribution automation, the primary network and equipment of distribution network, the main station of distribution automation, the distribution terminal and the transformation of distribution communication system are respectively required. The goal of the project is to complete the construction of communication network and automation of power system in Lishui city through the implementation of distribution automation project, to integrate the structure of distribution network, to realize the automation of feedway and distribution SCADA. The intelligent distribution network has the characteristics of automation and information.
