混凝土水化熱監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:混凝土作為常用建筑材料,其質(zhì)量問題是人們關(guān)注的焦點;炷潦沁x用水泥作為膠凝材料,按照一定比例選擇砂、石等固體材料作為集料,并添加水等外加劑和摻和了攪拌之后,經(jīng)一系列過程而得到的建筑材料。水泥加一定量的水攪拌后,會發(fā)生化學反應(yīng),水泥中的這組成部分開始發(fā)生復(fù)雜的反應(yīng),凝結(jié)硬化成為一定強度的石狀體,這個過程稱為混凝土的水化熱過程,水化熱過程對混凝土的質(zhì)量問題有著決定性的影響。為了在提高混凝土的質(zhì)量,對水化熱過程中對的溫度進行監(jiān)控是不可缺少的,通過監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)采集到的水化熱過程溫度曲線,一方面指導(dǎo)控制部分采用一定的方法將混凝土的內(nèi)外溫度,內(nèi)外溫差,升溫速度和降溫速度保持在一定范圍內(nèi),提高混凝土質(zhì)量,一方面將通過采集到的大量數(shù)據(jù)對水化熱過程與混凝土質(zhì)量質(zhì)檢的關(guān)系進行研究,為混凝土水化熱控制過程提供更完善的控制要求。國外目前已有的水化熱監(jiān)控設(shè)備但價格昂貴,國內(nèi)設(shè)備價格較低,但大多結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,智能化程度不高。本課題所構(gòu)建的水化熱監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)包含以Atmega128單片機為核心控制器構(gòu)建下位機硬件系統(tǒng),采用VC++語言開發(fā)的具有數(shù)據(jù)分析功能的上位機監(jiān)控軟件,同時為了采集匯總大量數(shù)據(jù)為之后的分析提供數(shù)據(jù)支持建立的遠程數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器,構(gòu)建了一套參數(shù)測定精確化、硬件結(jié)構(gòu)合理化、系統(tǒng)智能化、數(shù)據(jù)存儲能力龐大的功能完整的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:As a common building material, the quality of concrete is the focus of attention. Concrete is a kind of building material obtained by selecting cement as cementing material, selecting sand, stone and other solid materials as aggregates according to a certain proportion, adding admixture such as water and mixing after mixing. When the cement is stirred with a certain amount of water, there will be a chemical reaction, and this component of the cement will begin to undergo a complex reaction, and the condensation and hardening will become stone bodies of a certain strength. This process is called the hydration heat process of the concrete. The hydration heat process has a decisive effect on the quality of concrete. In order to improve the quality of concrete, it is necessary to monitor the temperature in hydration heat process. On the one hand, guiding the control part to adopt certain methods to keep the internal and external temperature, the difference of internal and external temperature, the rate of heating up and the speed of cooling down in a certain range, so as to improve the quality of concrete. On the one hand, the relationship between the hydration heat process and the quality control of concrete will be studied through a large number of data collected, so as to provide more perfect control requirements for the hydration heat control process of concrete. The existing hydration heat monitoring equipments in foreign countries are expensive, but most of them are simple in structure and low in intelligence. The hydration heat monitoring system is composed of Atmega128 single chip microcomputer as the core controller to build the hardware system of the lower computer, and the upper computer monitoring software with data analysis function developed by VC language. At the same time, in order to collect and aggregate a large amount of data for the later analysis to provide data support for the establishment of a remote data server, a set of parameters measurement accuracy, hardware structure rationalization, system intelligence, Data storage capacity of a large function of the complete monitoring system.
