一種基于時(shí)頻圖的列車運(yùn)行狀態(tài)在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)及方法

【摘要】:目前,國(guó)內(nèi)外每年都有發(fā)生因脫軌導(dǎo)致的交通事故,嚴(yán)重地威脅著人們的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,給經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)帶來負(fù)面影響。隨著列車的提速和承載的加大,列車運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的監(jiān)測(cè)日趨重要。本文提出了基于相位敏感光時(shí)域反射儀的分布式光纖振動(dòng)傳感技術(shù)的列車運(yùn)行狀態(tài)在線監(jiān)測(cè)方法,該方法利用分布式光纖采集因列車行駛而產(chǎn)生的軌道振動(dòng)信號(hào),對(duì)信號(hào)作短時(shí)傅里葉變換得到時(shí)頻圖,從時(shí)頻圖中挖掘軌道振動(dòng)信號(hào)特征,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)列車運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的安全監(jiān)測(cè)。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:首先,分析了分布式光纖傳感技術(shù)的技術(shù)類型和傳感原理,并對(duì)分布式光纖振動(dòng)傳感原理進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,并闡述了將其用于列車運(yùn)行狀態(tài)在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)測(cè)原理。其次,對(duì)列車軌道信號(hào)進(jìn)行特征分析,重點(diǎn)分析了軌道信號(hào)的頻域特征,即時(shí)頻圖。接著,分析了NLM濾波(Nonlocal Means Filtering)的原理及其對(duì)時(shí)頻圖預(yù)處理的效果。再次,根據(jù)需求,設(shè)計(jì)了基于(37)-OTDR的分布式光纖振動(dòng)傳感技術(shù)的列車運(yùn)行狀態(tài)在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),并詳細(xì)說明了系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、硬件實(shí)現(xiàn)和軌道振動(dòng)信號(hào)處理算法,包括信號(hào)的獲取、分析、處理。最后,闡述了本監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的性能指標(biāo),并對(duì)NLM濾波的效果進(jìn)行對(duì)比評(píng)價(jià);之后,對(duì)本系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,證明了該系統(tǒng)的可行性,接著對(duì)本系統(tǒng)和信號(hào)處理算法進(jìn)行了推廣。
[Abstract]:At present, traffic accidents caused by derailment occur every year at home and abroad, which seriously threaten the safety of people's life and property and bring negative impact to economic growth. With the increase of train speed and load, the monitoring of train running status is becoming more and more important. In this paper, a distributed optical fiber vibration sensing technique based on phase sensitive optical time domain reflectometer is proposed for on-line monitoring of train running state. This method uses distributed optical fiber to collect track vibration signals caused by train running. The time-frequency map is obtained by short-time Fourier transform, and the track vibration signal features are mined from the time-frequency map to realize the safety monitoring of train running state. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the technology types and sensing principles of distributed optical fiber sensing technology are analyzed, and the distributed optical fiber vibration sensing principle is analyzed in detail. The monitoring principle of the on-line monitoring system for train running condition is expounded. Secondly, the characteristic analysis of train track signal is carried out, and the frequency domain feature and instant frequency chart of track signal are analyzed. Then, the principle of NLM filter Nonlocal Means filtering and its effect on pretreatment of time-frequency graph are analyzed. Thirdly, according to the requirements, a distributed optical fiber vibration sensing system based on distributed optical fiber vibration sensor technology is designed, and the system structure, hardware implementation and track vibration signal processing algorithm, including signal acquisition, are described in detail. Analysis, treatment. Finally, the performance index of the monitoring system is expounded, and the effect of NLM filtering is compared and evaluated. Then, the field test of the system is carried out, and the results are analyzed, which proves the feasibility of the system. Then the system and signal processing algorithm are generalized.
