基于強(qiáng)度-相位級(jí)聯(lián)調(diào)制的微波光子下變頻法

【摘要】:為了優(yōu)化微波光子下變頻的無(wú)雜散動(dòng)態(tài)范圍,結(jié)合帶反饋控制的強(qiáng)度調(diào)制器和相位調(diào)制器,提出并驗(yàn)證了基于強(qiáng)度和相位級(jí)聯(lián)調(diào)制的微波光子下變頻方法。通過理論推導(dǎo)和仿真分析了下變頻原理以及本振功率對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能的影響,搭建了強(qiáng)度-相位級(jí)聯(lián)調(diào)制的微波光子下變頻系統(tǒng),利用自行研制的直流偏置反饋控制模塊確保強(qiáng)度調(diào)制器的工作狀態(tài)穩(wěn)定,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了性能測(cè)試。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,增益和無(wú)雜散動(dòng)態(tài)范圍分別為-6.65dB和108.62dB/Hz~(2/3),與傳統(tǒng)的強(qiáng)度調(diào)制器級(jí)聯(lián)下變頻鏈路相比,增益和無(wú)雜散動(dòng)態(tài)范圍分別提高了3.56dB和19.87dB;趶(qiáng)度和相位級(jí)聯(lián)調(diào)制的下變頻方法僅需要單個(gè)偏置電壓,且可通過反饋模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)工作狀態(tài)的穩(wěn)定控制,系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、性能穩(wěn)定,可實(shí)現(xiàn)大動(dòng)態(tài)范圍的微波光子下變頻。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the spurious dynamic range of microwave photon down-conversion, a microwave photon down-conversion method based on intensity and phase cascade modulation is proposed and verified by combining the intensity modulator and phase modulator with feedback control. The principle of down-conversion and the influence of local vibration power on system performance are analyzed by theoretical derivation and simulation, and a microwave photon down-conversion system with intensity-phase cascade modulation is built. The self-developed DC bias feedback control module is used to ensure the stability of the intensity modulator, and the performance of the system is tested. The experimental results show that the gain and spurious-free dynamic range are-6.65dB and 108.62 dB-Hz ~ (2), respectively, compared with the traditional down-converter link of the intensity modulator, and the gain-gain and the spurious-free dynamic range are 108.62 dB and 108.62 dB, respectively. The gain and spurious free dynamic range are increased by 3.56dB and 19.87dB, respectively. The down conversion method based on intensity and phase cascade modulation only needs a single bias voltage, and can realize stable control of working state through feedback module. The system has simple structure and stable performance, and can realize microwave photon down conversion in a large dynamic range.
