基于K-L散度和散度均值的改進矩陣CFAR檢測器

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)雷達中一般是通過FFT處理接CFAR(constant false alarm rate)來實現(xiàn)目標檢測的,該方法面臨以下問題:(1)當數(shù)據(jù)長度較短時,FFT多普勒分辨率較低,會出現(xiàn)多普勒跨越損失;(2)在雜波背景下,雜波譜展寬會使得雜波能量分散到目標所在位置;(3)對于頻域擴展目標,單頻率通道檢測會損失較多目標回波能量.本文分別利用K-L(Kullback-Leibler)散度和散度均值替代基本矩陣CFAR檢測器中的測地線距離和黎曼均值,提出了一種改進的矩陣CFAR檢測器,較好地克服了以上三個問題,并相比基本矩陣CFAR檢測器具有更優(yōu)的檢測和恒虛警性能,減小了計算量.最后通過仿真實驗進行了性能分析驗證,取得了較好效果.
[Abstract]:In traditional radar, target detection is usually realized by connecting CFAR (constant false alarm rate) with FFT processing. This method faces the following problems: (1) when the data length is short, the Doppler resolution of FFT is low, and the loss of Doppler span will occur; (2) under the clutter background, the clutter energy will be dispersed to the target position when the clutter spectrum is broadened; (3) for the frequency domain spread target, the single frequency channel detection will lose more target echo energy. In this paper, an improved matrix Kullback-Leibler detector is proposed by replacing the geodesic distance and the Riemann mean in the basic matrix CFAR detector by using the divergence and the mean value of the divergence respectively. The improved matrix CFAR detector overcomes the three problems mentioned above. Compared with the basic matrix CFAR detector, it has better detection and CFAR performance, and reduces the computational complexity. Finally, the performance analysis and verification are carried out through the simulation experiment, and the good results are obtained.
