電子束加工設(shè)備高壓加速電源的研制

【摘要】:為獲得穩(wěn)定電子束流輸出,提高電子束加工質(zhì)量,采用AC/DC/AC/DC/AC/DC的拓?fù)潆娐方Y(jié)構(gòu)、雙閉環(huán)控制電路,研制一種新型高壓加速電源。檢測(cè)分析了高壓加速電源空載和帶載時(shí),高壓變化線性度、逆變功率變壓器初級(jí)電壓、電流波形,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:所研制的高壓加速電源的高壓輸出線性度較好,且能滿(mǎn)足最大功率輸出的需求。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain stable electron beam output and improve the quality of electron beam processing, a new type of high voltage accelerating power supply is developed with AC/DC/AC/DC topology and double closed loop control circuit. The linearity of high voltage variation, the primary voltage and current waveform of inverter power transformer are measured and analyzed when there is no load or without load. The experimental results show that the high voltage output linearity of the developed high voltage acceleration power supply is better. And can satisfy the demand of the maximum power output.
