Panel污漬分析及改善探究

【摘要】:Panel污漬是TFT-LCD生產(chǎn)中一種常見的不良,它直接影響到產(chǎn)品的畫面品質(zhì)和出售價格,降低產(chǎn)品競爭力。本文通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)大量panel污漬是摩擦產(chǎn)生的含Si元素雜質(zhì)導致。實驗表明:降低制品膜面的粗糙度,使雜質(zhì)更易去除;通過提升摩擦后的清洗能力,也能有效去除雜質(zhì),一定程度降低了panel污漬發(fā)生率;而最后通過導入C系列摩擦布,使摩擦過程中產(chǎn)生極少雜質(zhì)。通過導入以上3種改善措施,最終將55UHD產(chǎn)品的panel污漬發(fā)生率從8.2%降至0.2%。
[Abstract]:Panel stain is a common bad in the production of TFT-LCD. It directly affects the picture quality and sale price of the product and reduces the competitiveness of the product. In this paper, it is found that a large number of panel stains are caused by impurities containing Si elements produced by friction. The experimental results show that the roughness of the film surface of the product is reduced, the impurities are removed more easily, and the impurities can be removed effectively by raising the cleaning ability after friction, and the incidence of panel stains is reduced to a certain extent. Finally, by introducing C series friction cloth, very few impurities are produced in the friction process. By introducing the above three improvement measures, the incidence of panel stains in 55UHD products was reduced from 8.2% to 0.2%.
