【摘要】：工業(yè)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)向網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、數(shù)字化、智能化方向發(fā)展,已經(jīng)不能被視為簡單的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò),而是組成自動化控制系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵子系統(tǒng)。從現(xiàn)有的工業(yè)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)出發(fā),對工業(yè)模型進行了系統(tǒng)梳理,將其劃分為企業(yè)外部和企業(yè)內(nèi)部,現(xiàn)有的架構(gòu)主要集中于制造企業(yè)內(nèi)部工廠內(nèi),主要參考ISA-95模型,包含現(xiàn)場級、控制機、車間級和工廠級4層,每層之間的網(wǎng)絡(luò)配置和管理策略相互獨立。然后詳細分析了現(xiàn)有的工業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)體系和面向制造業(yè)未來發(fā)展的網(wǎng)絡(luò)升級需求,最后提出通信運營商的發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:Industrial communication network is developing towards network, digitalization and intelligence. It can not be regarded as a simple communication network, but a key subsystem of automatic control system. Starting from the existing industrial communication network system architecture, this paper systematically combs the industrial model and divides it into external and internal enterprises. The existing framework is mainly concentrated in the factories of manufacturing enterprises, and mainly refers to the ISA-95 model. It consists of four layers: field level, control machine, workshop level and factory level. The network configuration and management policy between each layer is independent. Then it analyzes the existing industrial network technology system and the network upgrade demand for the future development of manufacturing industry in detail, and finally puts forward the development strategy of the communication operators.
