【摘要】:現(xiàn)如今,射頻技術(shù)有著廣泛的應(yīng)用市場(chǎng)。不論是在民用方面還是在軍用方面,射頻技術(shù)都不斷深化著無線通信技術(shù)的革新,不斷促進(jìn)著人類的移動(dòng)通信方式。射頻收發(fā)機(jī)作為無線通信技術(shù)中的重要一環(huán)很大程度上直接決定了無線通信系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量。射頻收發(fā)模塊不僅要滿足發(fā)射信號(hào)頻譜純凈、接收靈敏度高抗干擾能力強(qiáng)、發(fā)射機(jī)效率高動(dòng)態(tài)范圍大等要求外,還要求射頻收發(fā)模塊滿足體積小、輕便、較低的驅(qū)動(dòng)電壓、功耗小等一系列要求。本課題在于設(shè)計(jì)一款A(yù)M調(diào)制雙發(fā)射通道、ASK/OOK調(diào)制單接收通道的射頻收發(fā)機(jī),收發(fā)工作頻段700~1100MHz,發(fā)射通道發(fā)射頻率分辨率高,發(fā)射功率動(dòng)態(tài)范圍大且控制精度高,接收頻帶寬,噪聲系數(shù)小。兩條發(fā)射通路設(shè)計(jì)相同,發(fā)射頻率功率單獨(dú)可控,可以單獨(dú)工作也可以同時(shí)工作,收發(fā)機(jī)由于收發(fā)功能在不同的通道內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn),因此可以實(shí)現(xiàn)全雙工工作,具有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本論文以收發(fā)機(jī)頻率源及收發(fā)鏈路作為本論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,通過研讀許多國(guó)內(nèi)外射頻收發(fā)機(jī)和相關(guān)電路論文文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,從理論上分析了收發(fā)機(jī)的幾種基本結(jié)構(gòu)和相關(guān)理論并結(jié)合頻率合成技術(shù)、調(diào)制解調(diào)技術(shù)、混頻技術(shù)、功率放大技術(shù)、自動(dòng)增益控制原理、濾波器技術(shù)等相關(guān)電路設(shè)計(jì)理論與應(yīng)用討論了收發(fā)機(jī)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過對(duì)收發(fā)機(jī)基本結(jié)構(gòu)的對(duì)比,提出了本課題的系統(tǒng)方案和相關(guān)電路設(shè)計(jì)思想,同時(shí)通過ADS(Advanced Design System)仿真軟件,從系統(tǒng)鏈路和相關(guān)電路兩個(gè)層面對(duì)收發(fā)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了全面的設(shè)計(jì)與仿真,通過對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)和參數(shù)的優(yōu)化仿真得出了滿足要求的射頻收發(fā)系統(tǒng)、驗(yàn)證了方案的設(shè)計(jì)。最后,通過Altium Designer PCB設(shè)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行了實(shí)際電路的設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)電路實(shí)物進(jìn)行了調(diào)試與測(cè)試,分析了調(diào)試測(cè)試過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,提出了解決方案,得到滿足性能要求的收發(fā)系統(tǒng)整機(jī)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, RF technology has a wide application market.In both civil and military fields, radio frequency technology is deepening the innovation of wireless communication technology and promoting human mobile communication mode.Radio frequency transceiver, as an important part of wireless communication technology, directly determines the quality of wireless communication system.RF transceiver module should not only meet the requirements of pure spectrum of transmitting signal, strong anti-interference ability of receiving sensitivity, high dynamic range of transmitter efficiency and so on, but also require RF transceiver module to meet the requirements of small volume, light and low driving voltage.Low power consumption and a series of requirements.This subject is to design a radio frequency transceiver with AM modulation dual transmitting channel / ASK / OOK modulation single receiving channel. The transmitter has high frequency resolution of transmitting frequency, high dynamic range of transmission power and high control precision, and has high receiving frequency bandwidth.The noise coefficient is small.The design of the two transmission paths is the same, the transmission frequency power can be controlled separately, and the transceiver can work either alone or at the same time. Because the transceiver functions are realized in different channels, the transceiver can realize full duplex operation, which has certain application value.This thesis takes transceiver frequency source and transceiver link as the main research content of this paper, through reading many domestic and foreign RF transceiver and related circuit paper literature foundation.Several basic structures and related theories of transceiver are analyzed theoretically and combined with frequency synthesis technology, modulation and demodulation technology, mixing technology, power amplifier technology, automatic gain control principle.The realization of transceiver system is discussed in this paper.By comparing the basic structure of transceiver, the system scheme and related circuit design idea of this subject are put forward, and the simulation software of ADS(Advanced Design system is used.The transceiver system is designed and simulated from two aspects of system link and related circuit. The RF transceiver system which meets the requirements is obtained by optimizing the structure and parameters, and the design of the scheme is verified.Finally, the actual circuit is designed by Altium Designer PCB, and the circuit is debugged and tested. The problems in debugging and testing are analyzed, and the solution is put forward.Get the whole transceiver system to meet the performance requirements.
