一種可固化防漏工作液水化機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:研究了一種低密度(1.30 g/cm~3)可固化防漏工作液,用于解決低壓易漏失井段在固井時(shí),因地層承壓能力低、易漏失、竄槽,導(dǎo)致固井質(zhì)量不高的問題。通過在優(yōu)質(zhì)的隔離液中加入一種具有固化性能的材料(2.60~2.90 g/cm~3)替代常規(guī)的加重劑,配制一種低密度可固化工作液。該工作液能有效平衡地層壓力并在環(huán)空中固化,從而對易漏地層起到防漏效果、提高固井質(zhì)量。重點(diǎn)分析了該體系的固化后試樣強(qiáng)度及水化機(jī)理,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):工作液固化強(qiáng)度發(fā)展的實(shí)質(zhì)是OH~-對固化劑玻璃體結(jié)構(gòu)的破壞;通過對配方的調(diào)節(jié)能實(shí)現(xiàn)從30~90℃固化試樣都具備一定的抗壓強(qiáng)度。該體系的研發(fā)對于防漏工作液的設(shè)計(jì)提供了一種新的思路,同時(shí)還可以運(yùn)用于鉆井工程中堵漏,提高地層的承壓能力。
[Abstract]:A kind of low density (1. 30 g/cm~3) solidified working fluid is studied to solve the problem that the cementing quality is not high due to low pressure bearing ability, easy leakage and channeling in low pressure and easy leakage section. A low density curable working liquid was prepared by adding a kind of solidified material (2.60 ~ 2.90 g/cm~3) to the high quality isolating liquid instead of conventional aggravation. The working fluid can effectively balance formation pressure and solidify in the annulus, so it can prevent leakage and improve cementing quality. The strength and hydration mechanism of the solidified sample were analyzed. It was found that the essence of the development of the curing strength of the working liquid was the destruction of the vitreous structure of the curing agent by OH~-.
