熱氧化TC4合金在模擬油田介質(zhì)中的腐蝕磨損行為

【摘要】:采用熱氧化技術(shù)對TC4合金進行表面處理,研究了熱氧化TC4合金在模擬油田介質(zhì)中的腐蝕磨損行為。結(jié)果表明:熱氧化層主要由金紅石相組成,熱氧化層具有更高的表面硬度,更低的磨損失重和比磨損率。熱氧化處理顯著提高了TC4合金在模擬油田介質(zhì)中的抗腐蝕磨損性能。
[Abstract]:The corrosion and wear behavior of thermal oxidized TC4 alloy in simulated oil field medium was studied by surface treatment of TC4 alloy. The results show that the thermal oxidation layer is mainly composed of rutile phase, and the thermal oxidation layer has higher surface hardness, lower wear weight loss and lower specific wear rate. Thermal oxidation treatment improved the corrosion and wear resistance of TC4 alloy in simulated oil field media.
