深基坑變形監(jiān)測體系研究及工程應用

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代城市高層建筑的不斷發(fā)展,基坑的規(guī)模不僅越來越大,而且越來越深,這就對安全施工提出了極大的挑戰(zhàn),因此基坑施工的同時,就需要選擇適當?shù)幕幼冃伪O(jiān)測體系,使國際上專家學者對深基坑變形監(jiān)測體系研究越來越關注。但是我國在深基坑方面的研究相對較晚,直到1999年我們才召開了第一次專門的深基坑研究領域的會議,不僅理論研究相對落后于實踐,并且我國沒有豐富的工程實踐,而且在施工管理和經(jīng)驗上也很缺乏,因此在深基坑工程施工期間造成的工程事故率遠遠高于發(fā)達國家。因此,本文通過查閱大量的有關資料文章,對上述這樣的基坑工程在基坑變形監(jiān)測體系研究上從以下方面開始著手: 首先介紹了基坑變形所涉及到的巖土變形理論以及地下水對巖體變形的機理,論述了基坑在開挖過程中的幾個變形形式,一是在基坑剛剛開挖時,基坑底會彈性隆起,基坑底中間有最大的隆起;二是隨著基坑開挖的不斷加深基坑周圍的地表豎直沉降變大;三是在基坑開挖過程中加固結(jié)構(gòu)的水平位移和豎直沉降量也變大。 本文接著分析了深基坑的監(jiān)測布置體系,比較詳細的講述了基坑監(jiān)測體系布置時的規(guī)定、監(jiān)測內(nèi)容如何確定以及使用哪些監(jiān)測儀器和每種監(jiān)測儀器使用的監(jiān)測方法的篩選。由于監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)量大而且性質(zhì)多樣,所以選擇合理的監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的處理方法尤為重要,如誤差分析和平差原理等。最后采取數(shù)學的方法對監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進行歸納作圖,最終確定各個監(jiān)測內(nèi)容的警戒值。 在論文的最后,結(jié)合大連恒隆廣場基坑開挖項目具體分析了整個監(jiān)測體系的實施過程。通過上述理論操作方法,首先對基坑的某幾斷面進行了ANSYS數(shù)值模擬分析,通過ANSYS分析模型的計算結(jié)果與在施工期間的監(jiān)測結(jié)果相比較,變形結(jié)果一致,不僅評估了此基坑工程在施工過程中的安全隱患,而且在施工的同時及時指導基坑工程安全施工和預防工程事故的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of high-rise buildings in modern cities, the scale of foundation pit is not only becoming larger and deeper, which poses a great challenge to the safe construction, so the foundation pit construction at the same time, It is necessary to select appropriate foundation pit deformation monitoring system, which makes the international experts and scholars pay more and more attention to the deep foundation pit deformation monitoring system. However, the research on deep foundation pit in our country is relatively late. Until 1999, we did not hold the first special conference on deep foundation pit research, which not only lagged behind practice, but also did not have rich engineering practice in our country. Because of the lack of construction management and experience, the accident rate during the construction of deep foundation pit is much higher than that in developed countries. Therefore, by consulting a large number of relevant information articles, The research on the foundation pit deformation monitoring system for the above mentioned foundation pit works starts from the following aspects: firstly, the theory of rock and soil deformation involved in foundation pit deformation and the mechanism of groundwater deformation to rock mass are introduced. Several deformation forms of foundation pit during excavation are discussed. One is that when the foundation pit is just excavated, the bottom of the foundation pit will be raised elastically, and there is the largest uplift in the middle of the bottom of the foundation pit. The second is that the vertical settlement of the ground around the foundation pit becomes larger with the deepening of the excavation, and the horizontal displacement and the vertical settlement of the strengthened structure also become larger during the excavation of the foundation pit. This paper then analyzes the monitoring and layout system of deep foundation pit, describes in detail the provisions of the foundation pit monitoring system arrangement, how to determine the monitoring content and which monitoring instruments to use and how to screen the monitoring methods used by each monitoring instrument. Because of the large amount of monitoring data and diverse nature, it is very important to choose a reasonable method to deal with the monitoring data, such as error analysis and differential principle. Finally, the monitoring data are summed up and mapped by mathematical method, and the warning values of each monitoring content are finally determined. At the end of the paper, the implementation process of the whole monitoring system is analyzed with the foundation pit excavation project of Dalian Henglong Square. Through the above theory and operation method, the ANSYS numerical simulation analysis of some sections of foundation pit is carried out, and the calculated results of the ANSYS analysis model are compared with the monitoring results during construction, and the deformation results are consistent. This paper not only evaluates the hidden danger of the foundation pit in the construction process, but also guides the safe construction of the foundation pit and the prevention of the accident.
