脫硫石油焦灰在混凝土應(yīng)用中的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:石油焦是煉油行業(yè)延遲焦化的產(chǎn)物,含有較高熱量,有較高利用價(jià)值。循環(huán)流化床燃燒技術(shù)近年來發(fā)展較快,,脫硫效果好;隨著它的廣泛應(yīng)用,脫硫石油焦灰產(chǎn)量也將大幅度提高。現(xiàn)階段對(duì)脫硫石油焦灰的利用、研究較少,所以脫硫石油焦灰循環(huán)利用有很大的研究意義。脫硫石油焦灰本身含有大量鈣質(zhì)材料,具有良好的膠凝性能,若能為建筑行業(yè)利用,既可以節(jié)約資源,又可以減少污染,具有顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 本文研究的脫硫石油焦灰來自青島煉油廠,利用X射線熒光儀和X射線衍射儀分析脫硫石油焦灰的化學(xué)成分和礦物組成,并研究其對(duì)水泥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)稠度用水量、凝結(jié)時(shí)間和安定性的影響;重點(diǎn)研究脫硫石油焦灰對(duì)混凝土的工作性、力學(xué)性能和耐久性的影響。試驗(yàn)通過摻加焦灰或者預(yù)消解焦灰、粉煤灰、礦粉、以及高效減水劑,來研究脫硫石油焦灰在混凝土中的應(yīng)用。具體試驗(yàn)方案如下:?jiǎn)螕浇够一蛘哳A(yù)消解焦灰,復(fù)摻礦粉和焦灰或者預(yù)消解焦灰,復(fù)摻粉煤灰和焦灰或者預(yù)消解焦灰;其中焦灰或者預(yù)消解焦灰的摻量依次為0%、5%、10%、15%、20%,礦粉或者粉煤灰的摻量依次為50%、45%、40%、35%、30%;膠凝材料用量分別為350kg/m~3、390kg/m~3、430kg/m~3、470kg/m~3。 研究表明:合理的利用脫硫石油焦灰可顯著降低水泥用量;摻入預(yù)消解焦灰比摻入原狀焦灰對(duì)混凝土的各項(xiàng)性能更為有利;當(dāng)焦灰摻量、膠凝材料總量相同時(shí),復(fù)摻焦灰和S95礦粉的力學(xué)性能、抗碳化性能和抗氯離子滲透性能都是最佳的;單摻焦灰的抗氯離子滲透的能力最差,復(fù)摻粉煤灰和焦灰的力學(xué)性能和抗碳化性能最差。試驗(yàn)研究表明:脫硫石油焦灰摻入混凝土的最優(yōu)配比為復(fù)摻15%預(yù)消解焦灰和35%礦粉。
[Abstract]:Petroleum coke is the product of delayed coking in oil refining industry. Circulating fluidized bed (CFB) combustion technology has been developed rapidly in recent years with good desulphurization effect and with its wide application the production of desulphurized petroleum coke ash will be greatly increased. There are few researches on the utilization of desulfurized petroleum coke ash at present, so it is of great significance to study the recycle utilization of desulphurized petroleum coke ash. Desulphurized petroleum coke ash itself contains a large number of calcium materials and has good gelation performance. If it can be used in the construction industry, it can save resources and reduce pollution, and has remarkable economic benefits. The desulphurized petroleum coke ash studied in this paper comes from Qingdao Refinery. The chemical composition and mineral composition of desulphurized petroleum coke ash are analyzed by X-ray fluorescence and X-ray diffractometer, and the water consumption for cement standard consistency is studied. The influence of setting time and stability; The influence of desulphurized petroleum coke ash on the workability, mechanical properties and durability of concrete was studied. The application of desulphurized petroleum coke ash in concrete was studied by adding coke ash, fly ash, mineral powder and high efficiency water reducing agent. The specific test schemes are as follows: single coking ash or predigested coke ash, mixed mineral powder and coke ash or predigested coke ash, mixed fly ash and coke ash or predigested coke ash; Among them, the content of coke ash or pre-digestion coke ash is 0, 5, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, and 20, and the amount of mineral powder or fly ash, in turn, is 50, 45, 45, 40, and 35, 35, 30, respectively. The amount of cementitious material was 350 kg / m, 3390 kg / m, 3430 kg / m and 3470 kg / m, respectively. The results show that the dosage of cement can be significantly reduced by using desulphurized petroleum coke ash reasonably, and the properties of concrete are more favorable by adding pre-decomposed coke ash than by adding undisturbed coke ash. When the content of coke ash and the total amount of cementitious material are the same, the mechanical properties, carbonation resistance and chloride ion penetration resistance of coking ash and S95 mineral powder are the best. The mechanical properties and carbonation resistance of fly ash and coke ash were the worst. The experimental results show that the optimum mix ratio of desulphurized petroleum coke ash and concrete is 15% predigested coke ash and 35% ore powder.
