中小型水廠水源及其供水水質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)處理研究

【摘要】:本文以玉環(huán)縣主要水廠供水水質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)所采取的方法措施為例,研究了中小型水廠水源及其供水水質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)處理。 玉環(huán)縣是浙江省的一個(gè)海島縣,年平均降水量只有1460.3毫米且降水時(shí)間集中,水廠水源全部來(lái)自于水庫(kù)水,該氣候及地理特點(diǎn)導(dǎo)致玉環(huán)時(shí)常缺水、水庫(kù)枯水期時(shí)間長(zhǎng),同時(shí)由于庫(kù)區(qū)周圍存在生活和工業(yè)等各種污染給水廠的凈水處理和管理帶來(lái)了不小的難度。2006年水質(zhì)新國(guó)標(biāo)的頒布和實(shí)施大大提高了對(duì)出廠水水質(zhì)的要求,玉環(huán)縣各水廠原有的處理工藝和方法已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足安全飲用水供應(yīng)的需要,因此,迫切需要對(duì)原有工藝進(jìn)行改造及方法改進(jìn)。 本研究旨在通過(guò)對(duì)玉環(huán)縣凈水廠的凈水工藝及近年來(lái)的水質(zhì)狀況進(jìn)行歸類統(tǒng)計(jì),并進(jìn)行大量的小試、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)以及長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行情況來(lái)確定不同水質(zhì)處理方法,根據(jù)水廠實(shí)際情況,對(duì)水廠的藥劑進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,部分水廠的工藝進(jìn)行了改造以提高出廠水質(zhì)及水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定性,并提出了今后工作重點(diǎn)方向及研究展望。 本文從分析玉環(huán)主要原水、出廠水及管網(wǎng)水水質(zhì)開始,重點(diǎn)闡述了水廠工藝改造及水質(zhì)指標(biāo)達(dá)標(biāo)處理方法和效果,初步探討了管網(wǎng)水黃水及穩(wěn)定性問(wèn)題。運(yùn)行表明對(duì)坎門、楚門、清港水廠進(jìn)行的擴(kuò)容改建,對(duì)里墩、陳嶼、城關(guān)、蘆蒲等水廠工藝進(jìn)行的部分改造達(dá)到很好效果,出廠水質(zhì)完全能達(dá)到國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)且穩(wěn)定性提高。按照玉環(huán)縣自來(lái)水公司各水廠水源特點(diǎn),針對(duì)其易超標(biāo)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了長(zhǎng)期的跟蹤,通過(guò)試驗(yàn)確定了如何用高錳酸鉀除錳,折點(diǎn)加氯法除氨氮以及在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中碰到的水質(zhì)污染應(yīng)急處理方法。通過(guò)這些研究工作的積累,為以后進(jìn)一步提高水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定性、保障飲水安全具有重要參考意義。
[Abstract]:Taking the methods and measures adopted in the main water supply plants of Yuhuan County as an example, this paper studies the water sources of small and medium-sized water plants and the treatment of their water quality standards. Yuhuan County is an island county in Zhejiang Province. The average annual precipitation is only 1460.3 mm and the precipitation time is concentrated. The water source of the water works is all from the reservoir water. This climatic and geographical characteristic causes the Yuhuan often lack of water and the dry period of the reservoir is long. At the same time, due to the existence of various kinds of pollution, such as life and industry around the reservoir area, it is difficult to treat and manage the clean water of the water plant. The promulgation and implementation of the new national standard for water quality in 2006 has greatly raised the requirements for the water quality of the factory. The original treatment process and method of Yuhuan water plant can not meet the demand of safe drinking water supply. Therefore, it is urgent to reform the original process and improve the method. The purpose of this study is to classify the water purification process and the water quality in recent years in Yuhuan County Water purification Plant, and make a large number of small trials, field tests and long-term operation to determine different water quality treatment methods, according to the actual situation of the water plant. The reagents of water plant were optimized and the process of some water plants was reformed to improve the water quality and water quality stability. The key work direction and research prospect were put forward. Starting with the analysis of the water quality of the main raw water, the factory water and the pipe network water in Yuhuan, this paper mainly expounds the technological transformation of the water plant and the treatment method and effect of reaching the standard of the water quality index, and preliminarily discusses the problems of the yellow water and the stability of the water in the pipe network. The operation shows that the capacity expansion and reconstruction of Kanmen, Chumen and Qinggang Waterworks, and the partial revamping of waterworks such as Lidun, Chenyu, Chengguan and Lupu have achieved very good results, and the water quality of the factory can reach the national standard and the stability is improved. According to the water source characteristics of the water plants of Yuhuan County Water supply Company, the long-term tracking of its easily exceeding standard index was carried out, and how to remove manganese with potassium permanganate was determined through experiments. Ammonia nitrogen removal and emergency treatment of water pollution encountered in production process by folding-point chlorination method. Through the accumulation of these research work, it has important reference significance for further improving water quality stability and ensuring drinking water safety in the future.
