【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟一體化的不斷發(fā)展,我國航空業(yè)發(fā)展迅速。為了滿足不斷增長的航空業(yè)務量需求,我國出現(xiàn)了大規(guī)模的機場改、擴建和新建大型機場的高潮,機場陸側交通將面臨新的發(fā)展機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。與此同時,機場的功能也在不斷向多樣化發(fā)展,并且與城市的關系日益密切。機場一方面作為城市、區(qū)域的門戶,另一方面作為綜合交通樞紐融入城市、區(qū)域的綜合交通體系,機場外部交通的重要性得到了大幅度提升。因此,如何對機場陸側交通集散網(wǎng)絡進行合理規(guī)劃,建設高效便捷、快速集散的機場綜合交通樞紐,增強城市對外聯(lián)系和輻射力,成為值得探討的問題。 本文在充分借鑒國內(nèi)外機場綜合交通發(fā)展模式與經(jīng)驗的基礎上,對機場交通集散網(wǎng)絡和客運交通樞紐的規(guī)劃方法進行研究。通過對即將開展三期擴建的典型性機場——銀川河東機場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析和交通需求預測,結合區(qū)域的交通發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和城市交通發(fā)展的需要,提出了改擴建機場陸側交通的規(guī)劃思路,以及河東機場軌道交通、道路交通和陸側交通樞紐的規(guī)劃方案。通過對銀川河東機場綜合交通規(guī)劃的研究,希望能為銀川打造現(xiàn)代化區(qū)域性樞紐門戶機場提供一定的幫助,并為國內(nèi)中型機場的綜合交通規(guī)劃設計提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of world economic integration, China's aviation industry is developing rapidly. In order to meet the increasing demand of aviation business, there has been a climax of large-scale airport reform, expansion and construction of large airports in China. Airport land side traffic will face new opportunities and challenges. At the same time, the functions of the airport are increasingly diversified, and increasingly close to the city. Airport as a city, regional portal, on the other hand, as a comprehensive transportation hub into the city, regional integrated transport system, the importance of the airport external traffic has been greatly enhanced. Therefore, how to plan the airport land traffic distribution network rationally, to build an efficient and convenient airport integrated transportation hub, and to enhance the city's external contact and radiation power has become a problem worthy of discussion. Based on the comprehensive traffic development model and experience at home and abroad, this paper studies the planning methods of airport traffic distribution network and passenger transport hub. Through the analysis of the development status quo and traffic demand forecast of the typical airport, Yinchuan Hedong Airport, which is about to be expanded in the third phase, combined with the regional traffic development strategy and the needs of urban traffic development, This paper puts forward the planning ideas for the reconstruction and expansion of the airport's landside traffic, as well as the planning scheme for the rail traffic, road traffic and the landside traffic hub of Hedong Airport. By studying the comprehensive traffic planning of Yinchuan Hedong Airport, this paper hopes to provide some help for Yinchuan to build a modern regional hub airport, and to provide reference for the comprehensive traffic planning and design of medium-sized domestic airports.
