方鋼管約束鋼筋混凝土短柱抗壓和抗剪承載力分析

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,人民生活水平的提高,現(xiàn)代民用建筑正逐漸朝著大跨度和超高層方向發(fā)展,在框架結(jié)構(gòu)中鋼筋混凝土柱承擔(dān)的豎向荷載增加,所以必須控制軸壓比,才能滿(mǎn)足相應(yīng)建筑規(guī)范對(duì)于構(gòu)件延性的要求,這樣就會(huì)導(dǎo)致框架柱截面增大,因此在高層或超高層建筑的底部容易形成鋼筋混凝土短柱。短柱易產(chǎn)生剪切脆性破壞,在建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中為一大安全隱患,需要對(duì)鋼筋混凝土短柱采取加固措施,提高其延性,優(yōu)化其抗震性能。 本文首先介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外鋼筋混凝土短柱的加固措施的發(fā)展與研究現(xiàn)狀,研究表明,鋼管約束鋼筋混凝土短柱的方法效果顯著,本文通過(guò)經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式驗(yàn)算方鋼管約束鋼筋混凝土短柱正截面受壓承載力以及在軸壓比一定條件下,水平荷載作用下的抗剪承載力,比較在含鋼率參數(shù)的影響下,其承載力的變化規(guī)律。經(jīng)計(jì)算分析,隨著含鋼率增大,抗剪承載力近似線性關(guān)系逐漸增大,其受壓承載力逐漸增加,但隨著含鋼率增大,承載力的增幅逐漸減少,考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)因素,確定0.2的含鋼率是方鋼管鋼管約束鋼筋混凝土短柱的最優(yōu)參數(shù)。 其次,通過(guò)ABAQUS建立方鋼管約束鋼筋混凝土短柱的三維實(shí)體模型,進(jìn)行短柱軸壓性能及抗剪性能分析,得到各短柱的軸壓力N-位移△曲線以及單向推覆力P-位移△曲線。經(jīng)模擬計(jì)算分析,隨著含鋼率增大,方鋼管約束鋼筋混凝土短柱受壓承載力逐漸增加,但其增幅逐漸減少;且隨著含鋼率增大,其抗剪承載力也是隨之增大的。但是,含鋼率的增加意味著材料費(fèi)用的增加。因此,工程中需工程人員結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)及工程需求等綜合因素來(lái)選擇合適的含鋼率。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standard, modern civil buildings are gradually developing towards the direction of long span and super high level. The vertical load of reinforced concrete columns in frame structure increases, so the axial compression ratio must be controlled. Only in order to meet the requirements of the corresponding building code for the ductility of the members, this will lead to the increase of the section of the frame column, so it is easy to form reinforced concrete short columns at the bottom of the high-rise or super high-rise building. Short columns are prone to shear brittleness and are a major safety hazard in building structures. It is necessary to take reinforcement measures for reinforced concrete short columns to improve their ductility and to optimize their seismic performance. This paper first introduces the development and research status of reinforcement measures of reinforced concrete short columns at home and abroad. The research shows that the method of steel tube confined reinforced concrete short columns has remarkable effect. In this paper, empirical formulas are used to check the normal section bearing capacity of square steel tube confined reinforced concrete short columns and the shear capacity under horizontal load under certain axial compression ratio. The results are compared under the influence of steel ratio parameters. The change law of bearing capacity. Through calculation and analysis, with the increase of steel content, the approximate linear relationship of shear capacity increases gradually, and the compressive capacity increases gradually, but with the increase of steel content, the increase of bearing capacity decreases gradually, considering economic factors, The steel-containing ratio of 0.2 is the best parameter for the reinforced concrete short column confined by square steel tube. Secondly, the three-dimensional solid model of reinforced concrete short columns confined by square steel tube is established by ABAQUS. The axial compression behavior and shear resistance of short columns are analyzed, and the axial pressure N- displacement curves and unidirectional push-force P- displacement curves of each short column are obtained. Through the simulation analysis, with the increase of the steel content, the compressive capacity of the reinforced concrete short columns confined by square steel tubes increases gradually, but the increase decreases gradually, and the shear capacity increases with the increase of the steel content. However, an increase in steel content means an increase in the cost of materials. Therefore, engineers are required to select the appropriate steel content in combination with economic and engineering demand.
