【摘要】：火災(zāi)中節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載力隨著溫度的升高而降低,高溫下梁的懸鏈線效應(yīng)在梁內(nèi)產(chǎn)生較大的拉力,高強(qiáng)螺栓連接節(jié)點(diǎn)通常在拉剪共同作用下發(fā)生破壞。采用自定義雙線性爐溫控制曲線,進(jìn)行兩類共8組高強(qiáng)螺栓連接節(jié)點(diǎn)的恒載升溫試驗(yàn),分析了端板式連接和腹板雙角鋼連接兩類節(jié)點(diǎn)在高溫以及拉剪共同作用下的變形發(fā)展及破壞規(guī)律。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:高強(qiáng)螺栓連接節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)的梁端板、連接角鋼、柱上翼緣及高強(qiáng)螺栓的溫度接近,且較梁柱構(gòu)件溫度低50℃左右;節(jié)點(diǎn)剛度隨著溫度的升高而降低,且大約在節(jié)點(diǎn)溫度達(dá)到500℃后剛度下降速度明顯加快;火災(zāi)下8mm端板節(jié)點(diǎn)的變形集中于拉力較大側(cè)端板及螺栓,16mm端板節(jié)點(diǎn)的變形則集中于拉力較大側(cè)螺栓及柱上翼緣;腹板雙角鋼連接節(jié)點(diǎn)主要是角鋼產(chǎn)生較大變形;兩類節(jié)點(diǎn)失效溫度隨拉力或剪力的增加而減小,且同類節(jié)點(diǎn)在不同拉剪組合作用下的殘余變形模態(tài)類似。
[Abstract]:The bearing capacity of the joints decreases with the increase of the temperature, and the catenary effect of the beam under high temperature produces a large tensile force in the beam, and the joint of high strength bolt is usually destroyed under the combined action of tension and shear. By using the self-defined bilinear furnace temperature control curve, eight groups of high-strength bolted connection joints of two classes were used to test the dead load temperature rise. The deformation development and failure law of the end plate connection and web double angle joint under the combined action of high temperature and tension and shear are analyzed. The test results show that the temperature of beam end plate, connecting angle steel, flange of column and high strength bolt in the joint zone of high strength bolt is close, and the temperature is about 50 鈩，
