【摘要】：隨著房屋建筑工程市場(chǎng)的不斷發(fā)展，建設(shè)單位要不斷開(kāi)發(fā)出高品質(zhì)的建筑工程以滿足購(gòu)房消費(fèi)者的需求。一個(gè)建筑工程質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣不僅與國(guó)家財(cái)產(chǎn)與人民生命安全有直接關(guān)系，還與建筑企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)久發(fā)展及工程的適用性和社會(huì)效益性有密切的關(guān)系。一直以來(lái)建筑工程質(zhì)量是工程建設(shè)中的核心和關(guān)鍵，也是工程建設(shè)中的最突出問(wèn)題。因此研究如何提高施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理水平、提高工程質(zhì)量，顯得尤為重要和具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 房屋建筑工程項(xiàng)目是一個(gè)非常復(fù)雜的綜合過(guò)程，其涉及面廣，并具有以下諸多特點(diǎn)：固定的項(xiàng)目位置、生產(chǎn)流動(dòng)性、不同的結(jié)構(gòu)類(lèi)型、質(zhì)量和施工方法千差萬(wàn)別、空間占用大、很強(qiáng)的整體性、很長(zhǎng)的建設(shè)周期、受自然條件影響明顯等�；�于以上特點(diǎn)。項(xiàng)目施工的質(zhì)量管理的比一般工業(yè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的質(zhì)量管理難得多。 本文以筆者親歷施工的青島遠(yuǎn)洋公館房屋建筑工程項(xiàng)目—為例，深入地分析和研究了同類(lèi)項(xiàng)目的施工質(zhì)量管理。文章從質(zhì)量策劃和質(zhì)量控制入手，，針對(duì)施工階段的質(zhì)量管理，詳細(xì)闡述了房屋建筑工程施工質(zhì)量的策劃步驟及其實(shí)施過(guò)程。本項(xiàng)目主要通過(guò)實(shí)量實(shí)測(cè)來(lái)進(jìn)行施工過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量控制。
[Abstract]:With the development of building engineering market, construction units should develop high quality construction projects to meet the needs of consumers. The quality of a construction project is not only directly related to the national property and the safety of the people, but also to the long-term development of the construction enterprise and the applicability and social benefit of the project. The quality of construction engineering is the core and key of engineering construction all the time, and it is also the most prominent problem in engineering construction. Therefore, it is of great importance and practical significance to study how to improve the construction project quality management level and improve the engineering quality. Housing construction project is a very complex comprehensive process, which involves a wide range of aspects, and has the following characteristics: fixed project location, production liquidity, different structural types, different quality and construction methods, large space occupation, Strong integrity, a long construction cycle, affected by natural conditions, and so on. Based on the above characteristics. The quality management of project construction is much more difficult than that of general industrial production. Taking the construction project of Qingdao Ocean Pavilion as an example, this paper deeply analyzes and studies the construction quality management of the similar projects. Starting with quality planning and quality control, this paper expounds in detail the planning steps and implementation process of construction quality of housing construction engineering, aiming at the quality management in construction stage. This project mainly carries on the quality control in the construction process through the actual measurement.
