基于BIM信息集成平臺的施工總承包成本動態(tài)控制

【摘要】:當今經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,促使信息化產(chǎn)業(yè)以不同的形式逐步滲入各個行業(yè),對于建筑業(yè)來講,目前最熱門的即屬建筑信息模型BIM技術(shù)在設(shè)計施工領(lǐng)域的綜合應(yīng)用。建筑信息模型能夠?qū)⒔ㄖ椖吭谕顿Y生產(chǎn)過程中所產(chǎn)生的多種數(shù)據(jù)或文字信息,通過高速的計算機傳輸和運算進行分析整合,從而在第一時間內(nèi)得出管理者所需要的各種決策性信息,可在節(jié)約決策時間的同時,有效降低項目成本。 本文利用建筑信息模型BIM理念,,及其多接口數(shù)據(jù)載入源和統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)傳遞標準,解決各種工程數(shù)據(jù)間的識別和共享問題,建立BIM信息集成平臺,支持工程數(shù)據(jù)信息的全面動態(tài)管理及共享,將建筑項目信息一體化。同時,針對施工總承包這一特殊的建筑參與方,建立施工總承包商的BIM信息集成平臺自有控制系統(tǒng),分別闡述進度、合同、采購等的施工管理中重點控制體系。 本文重點研究施工總承包在BIM理論體系下的的成本動態(tài)控制,主要闡述了在BIM信息集成平臺下總承包成本動態(tài)控制響應(yīng)機制及其控制流程,其中又將總流程分為計劃編制、績效監(jiān)測、動態(tài)評價及偏差響應(yīng)四部分分別論述,針對每個步驟提出詳細的流程安排,為成本動態(tài)控制的實際應(yīng)用做好充分準備。文章利用計算機程序中改進掙值法的曲線特征,精確核準成本發(fā)生狀態(tài),判斷成本變化趨勢,通過預(yù)警機制的設(shè)置,將成本變動情況及時告知相應(yīng)管理人員,在實際工程應(yīng)用中做到迅速的判定處理,高效的達到降低施工總承包成本的目的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the information industry is gradually infiltrated into various industries in different forms. For the construction industry, the most popular is the comprehensive application of building information model (BIM) technology in the field of design and construction. The building information model can analyze and integrate many kinds of data or text information produced by the construction project in the process of investment and production through high-speed computer transmission and operation. Thus, all kinds of decision-making information needed by managers can be obtained in the first time, which can save decision time and reduce project cost effectively. In this paper, the concept of building information model (BIM) and its multi-interface data loading source and unified data transfer standard are used to solve the problem of identification and sharing among various engineering data, and the BIM information integration platform is established. Support the overall dynamic management and sharing of engineering data information, and integrate the construction project information. At the same time, aiming at the construction general contract as a special construction participant, this paper establishes the BIM information integration platform's own control system of the construction general contractor, and expounds the key control system in the construction management of progress, contract, procurement and so on. This paper focuses on the dynamic cost control of construction general contracting under the BIM theory system, and mainly expounds the response mechanism and control process of the general contract cost dynamic control under the BIM information integration platform, in which the total process is divided into planning. Performance monitoring, dynamic evaluation and deviation response are discussed in this paper. Detailed process arrangement is proposed for each step, which makes full preparation for the practical application of cost dynamic control. In this paper, the curve characteristics of earned value method are improved in computer program, the state of cost occurrence is accurately approved, the trend of cost change is judged, and the corresponding managers are informed of the cost change in time through the setting of early warning mechanism. In the practical engineering application, the decision is done quickly, and the goal of reducing the total construction contract cost is achieved efficiently.
