【摘要】：國內(nèi)傳統(tǒng)城市公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)多從景觀美學(xué)以及游憩的角度作為規(guī)劃與經(jīng)營的方向，大都以決策者為導(dǎo)向的方式進(jìn)行，而對于是否符合使用者的需求以及發(fā)展的原則并沒有太多的著墨。橘子洲公園的營造是長沙市政府為推動生態(tài)城市政策中的重要工作，公園能提供市民基本的活動空間，同時(shí)經(jīng)由環(huán)境指引游客對環(huán)境的愛護(hù)和對歷史的緬懷。 本研究采用問卷調(diào)查作為資料搜集方法，探討主軸為公園現(xiàn)有設(shè)施滿意度、體驗(yàn)滿意度與整體滿意度的對應(yīng)關(guān)系，以回歸分析為研究模型進(jìn)行模型的設(shè)定，，以橘子洲公園為實(shí)證地區(qū)，并藉由描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)，量化且計(jì)算各問項(xiàng)，探討游客特性。研究目的在于探討：（一）分析不同社會背景與使用特性的民眾，對于現(xiàn)有設(shè)施的滿意度；（二）分析不同社會背景與使用特性的民眾，對于體驗(yàn)的滿意度；（三）檢視現(xiàn)有設(shè)施滿意度與體驗(yàn)滿意度的關(guān)系；（四）檢視現(xiàn)有設(shè)施滿意度與體驗(yàn)滿意度，與公園整體滿意度的關(guān)系。 以問卷調(diào)查的方式，在橘子洲公園里對游客進(jìn)行調(diào)查，共得到394份有效問卷。研究結(jié)果顯示： （一）現(xiàn)有設(shè)施滿意度，以大草坪、花草樹木、園內(nèi)步道較為滿意；不滿意的部份為公共廁所。 （二）體驗(yàn)滿意度以植物栽種數(shù)量、和家人感情變好最為滿意。較不滿意的項(xiàng)目為公共廁所的分布和數(shù)量、多樣化游憩的滿意度。 （三）不同社會背景與使用特性的民眾對現(xiàn)有設(shè)施滿意度、體驗(yàn)滿意度有顯著差異。 （四）現(xiàn)有設(shè)施滿意度與整體滿意度呈低度正相關(guān)，顯示民眾意見較為分歧，使得相關(guān)程度偏低；體驗(yàn)滿意度與整體滿意度呈顯著正相關(guān)。 依據(jù)研究結(jié)論提出實(shí)質(zhì)方面的建議，期待在未來能夠提供給規(guī)劃單位、施工單位、政府單位參考使用，建議公園相關(guān)單位應(yīng)對現(xiàn)有設(shè)施問題進(jìn)行改善。日后若要針對設(shè)施進(jìn)行建設(shè)，可以針對使用滿意度方面和受訪者的意見二個(gè)方面導(dǎo)向作為要點(diǎn)考慮。建議透過自然多層次的營造，用生態(tài)技法建構(gòu)多樣化的游憩環(huán)境，以自然為本，輔以體驗(yàn)空間并透過良好的維護(hù)管理，能有效提升游客對公園的滿意度。
[Abstract]:The planning and design of traditional urban parks in China are mostly the direction of planning and management from the view of landscape aesthetics and recreation. Most of them are carried out in the way of decision makers, but there is not much ink for the needs of users and the principles of development. The construction of the Orange Park is the city government of Changsha to promote the ecological city. In the important work of the policy, the park can provide basic space for people's activities, and guide tourists to cherish the environment and cherish the memory of history through the environment.
Using the questionnaire survey as the data collection method, this study explores the corresponding relationship between the main axis of the park's existing facilities satisfaction, the experience satisfaction and the overall satisfaction. The regression analysis is used as the research model to set the model, and the tangangzi park is the empirical area, and the descriptive statistics are used to quantify and calculate the characteristics of the visitors. The purpose of this study is to explore: (1) the satisfaction of people with different social background and use characteristics to existing facilities; (two) analyze the satisfaction of the people with different social background and use characteristics, the satisfaction of experience; (three) examine the relationship between the satisfaction of existing facilities and the satisfaction of experience; (four) examine the satisfaction and experience of existing facilities. The relationship between satisfaction and the overall satisfaction of the park.
A total of 394 valid questionnaires were obtained from the tourists in the Orange Island Park by means of a questionnaire survey.
(1) the satisfaction of existing facilities is satisfied with large lawn, flowers and trees, and garden footpaths; the unsatisfactory part is public toilet.
(two) the satisfaction of experience satisfaction is most satisfactory with the number of plant planting and the improvement of family feelings. The less satisfied items are the distribution and quantity of public toilet, and the satisfaction of diversified recreation.
(three) people with different social backgrounds and usage characteristics have significant differences in satisfaction with existing facilities and experience satisfaction.
(four) there is a low positive correlation between the satisfaction of existing facilities and the overall satisfaction, which shows that the opinions of the people are relatively disagreement and the degree of correlation is low, and the experience satisfaction is positively correlated with the overall satisfaction.
According to the conclusions of the research, it puts forward the substantive suggestions, looking forward to providing the planning units, the construction units, the government units in the future, and recommends that the park related units should improve the existing facilities. In the future, the construction of the facilities can be directed to the two aspects of the use of satisfaction and the opinion of the interviewees. As a key point, it is suggested that a variety of recreation environment should be constructed through the natural multilevel construction, and the ecological technique is used to construct a variety of recreation environment. It can improve the satisfaction of tourists to the park effectively with the nature as the basis, the experience space and the good maintenance management.
