應(yīng)對(duì)交通噪聲的深圳臨街高層住宅設(shè)計(jì)手法研究

【摘要】:隨著城市化發(fā)展,交通噪聲對(duì)城市生活的影響越來越嚴(yán)重。特別是像深圳這樣的超大城市,隨著城市化程度的不斷提高,臨街高層住宅越來越多,受交通噪聲的干擾也越來越嚴(yán)重,人們整日被包圍在一個(gè)吵鬧的城市環(huán)境中。如何營造一個(gè)安寧舒適的生活環(huán)境是擺在建筑師面前的一個(gè)難題,是建筑科技工作者面臨的一個(gè)重要課題。因此,本文以深圳臨街高層住宅為研究對(duì)象,通過分析深圳市交通噪聲問題以及深圳臨街高層住宅的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn),探索利用建筑設(shè)計(jì)的手段來改善室內(nèi)噪聲環(huán)境的方法。 本文首先闡述了研究交通噪聲對(duì)城市高層住宅影響的意義,明確了研究目的是為了營造舒適健康的城市居住環(huán)境,綜述了國內(nèi)外在該領(lǐng)域方面的研究成果,提出了以設(shè)計(jì)手法應(yīng)對(duì)交通噪聲研究的欠缺。本研究通過圖片分析、實(shí)地調(diào)研的方法全面地分析了深圳市交通噪聲的問題,提出了深圳市交通噪聲對(duì)臨街高層住宅的影響模式,梳理了應(yīng)對(duì)交通噪聲的控制方法,歸納總結(jié)了控制交通噪聲的建筑設(shè)計(jì)手法,即:建筑布局、平面設(shè)計(jì)、立面構(gòu)件等方法。并利用計(jì)算機(jī)模擬方式檢驗(yàn)了這些手法在降低臨街高層住宅噪聲方面的有效性,提出了應(yīng)對(duì)交通噪聲的深圳市臨街高層住宅設(shè)計(jì)的方法。 針對(duì)交通噪聲把高層住宅設(shè)計(jì)的理論與深圳實(shí)際情況結(jié)合起來,探索高層住宅降噪設(shè)計(jì)手法,,以期改善高層住宅室內(nèi)外聲環(huán)境,對(duì)其他地區(qū)乃至全國從建筑設(shè)計(jì)手段層面改善高層住宅聲環(huán)境具有參考作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, the impact of traffic noise on urban life is becoming more and more serious. Especially in the super city like Shenzhen, with the increasing degree of urbanization, there are more and more high-rise residential buildings in the street, and the interference of traffic noise is becoming more and more serious. People are wrapped in a noisy urban environment all day. How to create a city The peaceful and comfortable living environment is a difficult problem facing the architect, which is an important topic for the construction technicians. Therefore, this article takes the Shenzhen Street high-rise residential as the research object, through the analysis of the traffic noise problem in Shenzhen and the design characteristics of the high-rise residential buildings in Shenzhen street, explore the means of building design to change the design. A method of good indoor noise environment.
This paper first expounds the significance of the study of the impact of traffic noise on the urban high-rise residential buildings. It is clear that the purpose of the study is to create a comfortable and healthy urban living environment. The research results at home and abroad are summarized, and the lack of traffic noise research is put forward by the design techniques. Methods the problem of traffic noise in Shenzhen is analyzed comprehensively. The influence mode of traffic noise on the high-rise residential buildings in Shenzhen is put forward, the control methods for traffic noise are combed, and the architectural design techniques for controlling the traffic noise are summarized, that is, architectural layout, plane design, facade component and so on. And the computer simulation is used. The method is used to test the effectiveness of these techniques in reducing the noise of the high-rise residential buildings in the street, and the design method of the high-rise residential buildings in Shenzhen city on the street is put forward.
In view of the traffic noise, the theory of high-rise residential design and the actual situation in Shenzhen are combined to explore the design techniques of noise reduction in high-rise residential buildings, in order to improve the indoor and outdoor acoustical environment of high-rise residential buildings, and to improve the sound environment of high-rise residential buildings in other areas and even from the architectural design means.
