鞍鋼礦山超細(xì)鐵礦全尾砂漿絮凝沉降特性試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:全尾砂充填是大型鐵礦充填采礦法的發(fā)展方向,超細(xì)全尾砂漿高效濃密技術(shù)是實(shí)現(xiàn)安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)采礦的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。針對(duì)鞍鋼鐵礦充填采礦法,開(kāi)展超細(xì)全尾砂漿沉降速率與絮凝濃密機(jī)理試驗(yàn)研究。通過(guò)全尾砂漿靜態(tài)沉降試驗(yàn)和添加不同分子量絮凝劑試驗(yàn),以砂漿沉降速度為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),揭示不同絮凝劑摻量的全尾砂漿沉降速率。結(jié)果表明,添加分子量為1500萬(wàn)的陰離子絮凝劑能夠吸附超細(xì)全尾砂顆粒,加快全尾砂漿沉降濃密速度。確定了鞍鋼鐵礦全尾砂漿絮凝劑溶液最優(yōu)濃度為0.3%~0.35%,相應(yīng)的絮凝劑添加量為95~115g/t,獲得的底流極限壓縮濃度為71.12%,達(dá)到礦山設(shè)計(jì)的質(zhì)量濃度65%。研究成果為鞍鋼鐵礦嗣后充填法采礦全尾砂漿沉降濃密設(shè)計(jì)與工程應(yīng)用提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Full tailings filling is the development direction of large iron ore filling mining method. The high efficiency and density technology of ultrafine full tail mortar is the key technology to realize safe and economical mining. Aiming at the filling mining method of Angang iron ore, the experimental study on settlement rate and flocculation concentration mechanism of ultra-fine full-tail mortar was carried out. Through static settling test of full tail mortar and experiment of adding different molecular weight flocculant, the settling rate of full tail mortar with different amount of flocculant was revealed by taking the settling velocity of mortar as evaluation index. The results show that the addition of anionic flocculant with molecular weight of 15 million can adsorb the ultrafine whole tailings particles and accelerate the settling and thickening rate of the whole tail mortar. The optimum concentration of the whole tail mortar flocculant solution in Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is determined to be 0.33% 0.35, the corresponding flocculant addition quantity is 95 ~ 115g / t, and the ultimate compression concentration of the bottom flow is 71.12. The mass concentration of the mine design is 65%. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the thick design and engineering application of full tail mortar settlement in subsequent filling mining of Angang Iron Mine.
