【摘要】:露天煤礦爆破振動(dòng)是誘發(fā)含弱層煤巖邊坡失穩(wěn)的重要因素,爆破地震波和邊坡自重應(yīng)力耦合作用下的含弱層邊坡變形破壞特征具有特殊性,因此,含弱層邊坡在爆破振動(dòng)影響下變形特征及破壞機(jī)理己成為當(dāng)前巖土工程、爆破工程領(lǐng)域亟待解決的一項(xiàng)重要課題熱點(diǎn)問題。論文以內(nèi)蒙古錫林浩特勝利東二露天礦為依托,通過理論分析、實(shí)驗(yàn)室相似模擬及現(xiàn)場爆破監(jiān)測(cè)等手段對(duì)動(dòng)載荷作用下含弱層煤巖邊坡致災(zāi)機(jī)理進(jìn)行了深入研究。通過對(duì)弱層泥巖進(jìn)行不同含水率的直剪試驗(yàn)及蠕變特性試驗(yàn),得出弱層在不同含水率、不同軸向壓力情況下粘聚力和內(nèi)摩擦角及蠕變特性曲線,建立了含弱層煤巖邊坡的蠕變力學(xué)模型,導(dǎo)出動(dòng)力荷載影響下含軟弱弱層邊坡流變方程,提出了失穩(wěn)判別準(zhǔn)則;通過自制含弱層煤巖邊坡振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),模擬了爆破震動(dòng)影響下含弱層邊坡的動(dòng)力變形破壞過程,揭示了含弱層煤巖邊坡在爆破振動(dòng)慣性力和水平錯(cuò)動(dòng)力作用下,拉裂隙與剪切帶加速貫通瞬間失穩(wěn)的破壞機(jī)理,提出一種基于共振效應(yīng)的確定不規(guī)則煤巖邊坡自振周期的反演方法;基于LS-DYNA和Geo-slope軟件,分析了受爆破荷載影響下有無弱層邊坡煤巖邊坡的動(dòng)態(tài)變形特征及安全系數(shù);通過現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,建立了爆破主振頻率、質(zhì)點(diǎn)振速與爆源距離的關(guān)系,確定了含弱層邊坡質(zhì)點(diǎn)振速、爆破主振頻率安全閾值,并驗(yàn)證了爆破振動(dòng)誘發(fā)弱層煤巖邊坡蠕動(dòng)加速變形的破壞機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:Blasting vibration in opencast coal mine is an important factor to induce the instability of coal and rock slope with weak strata. The deformation and failure characteristics of slope with weak stratum under the coupling of blasting seismic wave and gravity stress of slope have particularity. The deformation characteristics and failure mechanism of slope with weak layers under the influence of blasting vibration have become an important hot issue in the field of blasting engineering. Based on Xilinhaote Shengli East No.2 Open-pit Mine in Inner Mongolia, the disaster mechanism of coal-bearing rock slope with weak strata under dynamic load is studied by means of theoretical analysis, laboratory simulation and field blasting monitoring. Through the direct shear test and creep characteristic test of weak mudstone with different moisture content, the cohesive force, internal friction angle and creep characteristic curve of weak layer under different water content and different axial pressure are obtained. The creep mechanics model of coal and rock slope with weak stratum is established, the rheological equation of slope with weak layer under dynamic load is derived, and the criterion for judging instability is put forward, and the vibration test system of coal rock slope with weak stratum is developed. The dynamic deformation and failure process of the slope with weak layer under the influence of blasting vibration is simulated, and the failure mechanism of the slope with weak strata under the action of blasting vibration inertia force and horizontal staggered force is revealed. An inverse method for determining the natural vibration period of irregular coal and rock slopes based on resonance effect is proposed, and the dynamic deformation characteristics and safety factors of coal and rock slopes with or without weak strata under blasting load are analyzed based on LS-DYNA and Geo-slope software. Based on the statistical analysis of field monitoring data, the relationship between blasting main vibration frequency, particle vibration velocity and explosion source distance is established, and the safety threshold of blasting main vibration frequency and particle vibration velocity of slope with weak layer is determined. The failure mechanism of accelerated creep deformation induced by blasting vibration is verified.
