數(shù)碼電子雷管在露天淺孔爆破中的應(yīng)用試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:在貴陽市朝陽洞路露天淺孔爆破中,使用由貴州久聯(lián)民爆器材發(fā)展股份有限公司自主研發(fā)的數(shù)碼電子雷管進(jìn)行了爆破試驗(yàn),與使用普通導(dǎo)爆管雷管起爆進(jìn)行了爆破振動(dòng)和爆破效果的分析對比。通過了爆破數(shù)據(jù)的比較和分析得出,數(shù)碼電子雷管相對于導(dǎo)爆管雷管的最大振動(dòng)速度降低了20%,而且顯著地減小了振動(dòng)疊加效應(yīng)發(fā)生的概率,說明用數(shù)碼電子雷管起爆可控制爆破振動(dòng)和改善爆破效果。
[Abstract]:In the open pit shallow hole blasting of Chaoyang Dong Road in Guiyang City, the blasting test was carried out using the digital electronic detonator independently developed by Guizhou Jiulian Minmin explosive material Development Co., Ltd. The blasting vibration and blasting effect are analyzed and compared with the blasting with the common detonator. Through the comparison and analysis of blasting data, it is concluded that the maximum vibration velocity of digital electronic detonator relative to the detonator is reduced by 20%, and the probability of vibration superposition effect is significantly reduced. It is shown that the blasting vibration can be controlled and the blasting effect can be improved by using digital electronic detonator.
