煤巖受載損傷演化電位特征實驗研究

【摘要】:通過分析煤巖破壞過程電位響應特征,并根據(jù)電位與變形破壞之間的關系,建立了煤巖損傷破壞與電位信號的耦合關系。研究表明:煤巖在受載破壞過程中電位信號與破裂損傷有較好對應關系。在受載前期,煤巖損傷變形較少,微破裂發(fā)育較為緩慢,產(chǎn)生的電位信號較少,較為穩(wěn)定。受載后期,煤巖損傷破壞不斷加劇,電位信號不斷增加。當載荷突變時,煤巖破壞顯著,電位信號出現(xiàn)相應的突變。試樣破裂越強烈,電位突變越顯著。基于統(tǒng)計損傷理論,建立了煤巖損傷破壞與電位信號的耦合關系,推導出不同損傷階段基于電位累積量的"應力-應變"的理論曲線,并對計算應力與實測應力進行相關性分析,得到平均相關系數(shù)為0.623 7,呈顯著相關,與實測值具有很好的對應性,且理論值具有前兆規(guī)律。電位響應特征的變化能夠反映煤巖損傷的演化過程,為煤巖失穩(wěn)破壞提供一種探測方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the characteristics of potential response in the process of coal and rock failure and the relationship between potential and deformation, the coupling relationship between the damage and failure of coal and rock and the potential signal is established. The results show that the potential signal has a good relationship with the rupture damage during the failure of coal and rock under loading. In the early stage of loading, the damage deformation of coal and rock is less, the development of microfracture is slow, and the potential signal is less and more stable. In the late period of loading, the damage of coal and rock is aggravated and the potential signal is increased. When the load changes, the coal and rock damage is obvious, and the potential signal changes. The stronger the fracture of the sample, the more obvious the potential mutation. Based on the statistical damage theory, the coupling relationship between coal damage and potential signal is established, and the stress-strain curves based on potential accumulation in different damage stages are derived. The correlation analysis between calculated stress and measured stress shows that the average correlation coefficient is 0.623, which has a good correspondence with the measured value, and the theoretical value has the precursory law. The change of potential response characteristics can reflect the evolution process of coal and rock damage and provide a detection method for coal rock instability failure.
