煤巖受載損傷演化電位特征實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:通過(guò)分析煤巖破壞過(guò)程電位響應(yīng)特征,并根據(jù)電位與變形破壞之間的關(guān)系,建立了煤巖損傷破壞與電位信號(hào)的耦合關(guān)系。研究表明:煤巖在受載破壞過(guò)程中電位信號(hào)與破裂損傷有較好對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系。在受載前期,煤巖損傷變形較少,微破裂發(fā)育較為緩慢,產(chǎn)生的電位信號(hào)較少,較為穩(wěn)定。受載后期,煤巖損傷破壞不斷加劇,電位信號(hào)不斷增加。當(dāng)載荷突變時(shí),煤巖破壞顯著,電位信號(hào)出現(xiàn)相應(yīng)的突變。試樣破裂越強(qiáng)烈,電位突變?cè)斤@著;诮y(tǒng)計(jì)損傷理論,建立了煤巖損傷破壞與電位信號(hào)的耦合關(guān)系,推導(dǎo)出不同損傷階段基于電位累積量的"應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變"的理論曲線,并對(duì)計(jì)算應(yīng)力與實(shí)測(cè)應(yīng)力進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,得到平均相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.623 7,呈顯著相關(guān),與實(shí)測(cè)值具有很好的對(duì)應(yīng)性,且理論值具有前兆規(guī)律。電位響應(yīng)特征的變化能夠反映煤巖損傷的演化過(guò)程,為煤巖失穩(wěn)破壞提供一種探測(cè)方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the characteristics of potential response in the process of coal and rock failure and the relationship between potential and deformation, the coupling relationship between the damage and failure of coal and rock and the potential signal is established. The results show that the potential signal has a good relationship with the rupture damage during the failure of coal and rock under loading. In the early stage of loading, the damage deformation of coal and rock is less, the development of microfracture is slow, and the potential signal is less and more stable. In the late period of loading, the damage of coal and rock is aggravated and the potential signal is increased. When the load changes, the coal and rock damage is obvious, and the potential signal changes. The stronger the fracture of the sample, the more obvious the potential mutation. Based on the statistical damage theory, the coupling relationship between coal damage and potential signal is established, and the stress-strain curves based on potential accumulation in different damage stages are derived. The correlation analysis between calculated stress and measured stress shows that the average correlation coefficient is 0.623, which has a good correspondence with the measured value, and the theoretical value has the precursory law. The change of potential response characteristics can reflect the evolution process of coal and rock damage and provide a detection method for coal rock instability failure.
