大采高工作面厚硬頂板控制技術(shù)

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)大采高厚硬頂板賦存條件(大采高,厚、硬),綜合運(yùn)用理論分析,數(shù)值模擬和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)大采高厚硬頂板控制及支架工作阻力進(jìn)行了研究。研究結(jié)果表明: 運(yùn)用FLAC3D模擬軟件,建立模型對(duì)大采高厚硬頂板工作面垂直應(yīng)力,垂直位移及塑性區(qū)變化特征進(jìn)行了模擬研究。 通過(guò)地質(zhì)條件的分析,對(duì)大采高厚硬頂板采取前期強(qiáng)制放頂?shù)募夹g(shù)以弱化頂板結(jié)構(gòu),使得厚硬頂板巖層在采空區(qū)時(shí)更容易垮落,這樣有效的縮短了頂板周期來(lái)壓步距,降低了頂板來(lái)壓強(qiáng)度,厚硬頂板得到控制。(放后面) 通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè),對(duì)大采高厚硬頂板工作面在前期強(qiáng)制放頂?shù)幕A(chǔ)上,對(duì)其頂板來(lái)壓特征,兩巷頂?shù)装逦灰魄闆r進(jìn)行分析。 通過(guò)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)頂板適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行分析,得出工作面頂板控制措施。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the control of thick hard roof and the working resistance of support are studied based on the conditions of occurrence of thick hard roof (large mining height, thick, hard roof, combined with theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement). The results show that: By using FLAC3D software, a model was established to simulate the variation characteristics of vertical stress, vertical displacement and plastic zone in thick and hard roof working face with large mining height. Based on the analysis of geological conditions, the technology of forced roof release in the early stage is adopted to weaken the roof structure, which makes the thick hard roof slate fall more easily in the goaf, which effectively shortens the interval of roof periodic pressure. The pressure strength of the roof is reduced and the thick and hard roof is controlled. (behind) Based on the field measurement, the characteristics of roof pressure and the displacement of roof and floor in two roadways are analyzed on the basis of forced roof caving in the early stage of thick hard roof working face with large mining height. According to the measured data, the roof adaptability is analyzed and the roof control measures are obtained.
