螺旋溜槽分選流場(chǎng)中礦粒運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡研究

【摘要】:為研究礦粒在螺旋溜槽分選流場(chǎng)中的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡,以BL600螺旋溜槽作為基礎(chǔ),利用FLUENT軟件、離散相顆粒模型(DPM),建立了螺旋溜槽分選CFD模型,分析了分選效果與礦物顆粒比重及粒度的關(guān)系,闡明了螺旋溜槽分選流場(chǎng)中礦物顆粒運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡規(guī)律。仿真結(jié)果與已有的螺旋溜槽在分選礦物顆粒運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡研究相吻合,揭示了螺旋溜槽設(shè)備重選分選原理,證明了此CFD模型的可靠性,此模型的建立也為今后螺旋溜槽結(jié)構(gòu)的改進(jìn)優(yōu)化提供了新的方法。
[Abstract]:In order to study the moving trajectory of ore particles in the flow field of spiral chute separation, the CFD model of spiral chute separation is established by using FLUENT software and discrete phase particle model. The relationship between the separation effect and the specific gravity and particle size of mineral particles is analyzed, and the movement trajectory of mineral particles in the separation flow field of spiral chute is clarified. The simulation results are in agreement with the existing research on the movement trajectory of the spiral chute in the separation of mineral particles. The principle of gravity separation of the spiral chute equipment is revealed, and the reliability of the CFD model is proved. The establishment of this model also provides a new method for the improvement and optimization of spiral chute structure in the future.
