【摘要】：以鉆孔卸壓原理及分布式光纖傳感技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),建立了卸壓鉆孔周邊煤體內(nèi)部應(yīng)變感測(cè)模型,提出了以光纖拉伸應(yīng)變值及卸壓半徑為指標(biāo)的卸壓效果評(píng)價(jià)方法。通過(guò)對(duì)傳感光纜下方鉆孔卸壓周邊煤體內(nèi)部應(yīng)變定期測(cè)試,并結(jié)合鉆孔內(nèi)部表觀現(xiàn)象觀測(cè),根據(jù)不同時(shí)間鉆孔周圍煤體內(nèi)部應(yīng)變及表觀破壞特征將鉆孔卸壓過(guò)程分為裂隙發(fā)育階段、極限平衡階段、塌孔階段、破碎煤體壓實(shí)階段等四個(gè)階段。分別確定了在忻州窯礦地質(zhì)及開(kāi)采條件下鉆孔卸壓過(guò)程中各階段的時(shí)間區(qū)間,得出超前94~101 m以上施工鉆孔,其卸壓效果較為顯著。利用微震監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),對(duì)比分析了卸壓鉆孔施工時(shí)間調(diào)整前后的微震事件分布特征,結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)卸壓鉆孔施工達(dá)到超前工作110 m后,工作面周邊高能量事件的頻次明顯減少、微震事件平均能量明顯降低38%。
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of borehole pressure relief and distributed optical fiber sensing technology, the strain sensing model of coal body around the pressure relief hole is established, and the evaluation method of pressure relief effect based on the tensile strain value and the pressure relief radius of the fiber is put forward. The internal strain of the coal body around the pressure relief surrounding the borehole under the sensing fiber cable is measured periodically, and the apparent phenomenon of the borehole is observed in combination with the observation of the internal strain of the coal body. According to the internal strain and apparent failure characteristics of the coal body around the borehole at different times, the pressure relief process of the borehole is divided into four stages: fracture development stage, limit equilibrium stage, hole collapse stage and crushing coal compaction stage. The time intervals of each stage in the process of borehole pressure relief under the geological and mining conditions of Xinzhou Kiln Mine are determined respectively. The results show that the borehole drilling is more than 9410m ahead of the construction, and the pressure relief effect is more remarkable. By using the microseismic monitoring system, the distribution characteristics of microseismic events before and after the adjustment of the construction time of pressure-relief boreholes are compared and analyzed. The results show that the frequency of high-energy events around the working face is obviously reduced when the construction of pressure-relief boreholes reaches 110 m ahead of work. The average energy of microseismic events is significantly reduced by 38%.
