旋流器分選過程示蹤球設計及顆粒軌跡數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:重介質(zhì)旋流器是近幾年大力發(fā)展并廣泛應用的一種重介質(zhì)礦物分選設備,其中的旋流場是一種三維近似軸對稱的多相流場,顆粒分離、分選等作用均通過離散相與連續(xù)相的相對運動完成。但是,目前針對旋流場的研究,尤其是旋流場內(nèi)顆粒軌跡的研究還面臨著一系列問題。由于旋流器內(nèi)物料分布受入料壓力、礦漿入料量、入料口形狀等影響,旋流器內(nèi)磨損形式復雜,且對旋流場內(nèi)顆粒運動特性缺乏直觀的監(jiān)測,所以復雜的旋流場使得經(jīng)驗公式和基于具體條件下的數(shù)值解不能準確的分析出運動場分布。因此,本文從粒子示蹤和CFD數(shù)值模擬兩方面對重介旋流器內(nèi)顆粒運動特性進行研究。針對CFD數(shù)值模擬,建立了旋流場湍流模型和三相流計算模型。研究了不同粒度、不同密度的顆粒運動軌跡特性,可以直觀看到顆粒動向,監(jiān)測錯配物的產(chǎn)生。針對粒子示蹤,設計研究了一個可以達到旋流場中示蹤粒子性能標準的球體,并保證其能夠在旋流器中維持穩(wěn)定的運動特性;之后開發(fā)了一個基于MEMS的微慣性定位系統(tǒng)和存儲接收系統(tǒng)的智能示蹤球,用于在運動過程中實時采集三軸加速度數(shù)據(jù)。最后建立了基于加速度積分的軌跡模型和基于頻域濾波的數(shù)據(jù)預處理方法,消除干擾噪聲信號和趨勢項,使采樣數(shù)據(jù)更接近于真實,進而通過加速度數(shù)據(jù)2重積分計算并繪制出軌跡曲線。
[Abstract]:Heavy medium cyclone is a kind of heavy medium mineral separation equipment which has been developed and widely used in recent years. The swirl field is a three-dimensional approximate axisymmetric multiphase flow field with particle separation.Sorting and other functions are accomplished by the relative motion of discrete phase and continuous phase.However, there are still a series of problems in the research of swirl flow field, especially the particle trajectory in swirl flow field.Because the distribution of material in the cyclone is affected by the feeding pressure, the amount of slurry and the shape of the inlet, the wear form in the cyclone is complicated, and the movement characteristics of particles in the swirl field are not monitored directly.Therefore, the complex swirl field makes the empirical formula and numerical solution based on specific conditions unable to accurately analyze the distribution of motion fields.Therefore, the particle motion characteristics in the remedium cyclone are studied in terms of particle tracer and CFD numerical simulation.For the CFD numerical simulation, the turbulence model of swirl field and the calculation model of three-phase flow are established.The characteristics of particle trajectories with different particle sizes and densities are studied. The movement of particles can be seen directly and the generation of mismatch can be monitored.For particle tracer, a sphere which can meet the performance standard of tracer particles in the swirl field is designed and studied, and it can maintain stable motion characteristics in the hydrocyclone.Then a micro inertial positioning system based on MEMS and an intelligent tracer ball of storage and receiving system are developed, which are used to collect triaxial acceleration data in real time during the course of motion.Finally, the trajectory model based on acceleration integral and the data preprocessing method based on frequency domain filter are established to eliminate the interference noise signal and trend term, and make the sampling data closer to reality.Furthermore, the trajectory curve is calculated and plotted by the double integration of acceleration data.
