微細粒螺旋溜槽在含釩石煤選礦中的分選特性研究

【摘要】:采用微細粒螺旋溜槽分選含釩石煤,研究了分選過程中主要化學組分和粒度的分布特性,并從動力學的角度闡明了獲得較好分選指標的原因。研究結果表明,V_2O_5品位的分布范圍較寬,介于0.21%~1.19%,溜槽Qg緣的品位最低為0.21%,中間區(qū)域的品位最高為1.19%,中間至外緣區(qū)域的品位介于0.97%~1.19%,V_2O_5主要富集在中間至外緣區(qū)域;SiO_2、Fe2O3和P2O5則主要富集在Qg緣至中間區(qū)域,可以實現(xiàn)它們與V_2O_5的重選分離;Ca O在槽外緣有微弱的富集趨勢,與V_2O_5的富集區(qū)域部分重疊。由粒度分布特性可知,精礦的粒度組成較細,-30μm粒級含量占51.3%,而中礦和尾礦的粒度較粗,+74μm粒級含量分別為47.1%和41.7%;給礦各粒級中,粒級越細V_2O_5的回收率越高,其中-30μm粒級V_2O_5的回收率高達94.58%,預示白云母的選擇性磨碎有利于V_2O_5的回收。動力學分析表明,縮小距徑比(P/D)可以提高顆粒徑向分布函數(shù)(rj)對密度的敏感度,提高螺旋溜槽的分選效率;P/D的極小值同時受顆粒密度和粒度的影響,即顆粒密度σ越低,P/D的極小值越小,顆粒的粒度越小,P/D的極小值越小。
[Abstract]:The distribution characteristics of main chemical components and granularity in the separation process of vanadium bearing stone coal were studied by means of fine grain spiral chute, and the reasons for obtaining better separation index were explained from the point of view of kinetics.The results show that the distribution range of V _ 2O _ 5 grade is relatively wide.Between 0.21 and 1.19, the grade at the edge of the chute is 0.21, the grade in the middle area is 1.19, and the grade between the middle and the outer edge is between 0.97 and 1.19. The grade of V _ 2O _ 5 is mainly enriched in the middle to outer edge areas, and in the middle to the outer edge, the content of Fe _ 2O _ 3 and P2O5 are mainly concentrated in the QG to the middle regions.It can be realized that there is a weak enrichment trend between them and the gravity separation of V_2O_5 in the outer edge of the trough, which overlaps with the enrichment area of V_2O_5.According to the particle size distribution characteristics, the granularity composition of concentrate is finer than 30 渭 m, while that of middle ore and tailings is coarser, the content of 74 渭 m is 47.1% and 41.7%, respectively, and the recovery rate of V_2O_5 is higher with the finer the grain size of the ore.The recovery rate of -30 渭 m V_2O_5 was 94.58, indicating that selective grinding of Muscovite was beneficial to the recovery of V_2O_5.Kinetic analysis shows that reducing the ratio of distance to diameter (P / D) can improve the sensitivity of particle radial distribution function (RJ) to density, and increase the separation efficiency of spiral chute and the minimum value of P / D is affected by particle density and particle size at the same time.That is, the lower the particle density 蟽 is, the smaller the minimum value of P / D is, and the smaller the particle size is, the smaller the minimum value of P / D is.
