齒輪互鎖式單缸插銷機(jī)構(gòu)性能仿真分析研究

【摘要】:單缸插銷伸縮機(jī)構(gòu)作為大噸位,高性能工程起重機(jī)的核心部件之一,近年來廣泛應(yīng)用到國(guó)內(nèi)外的伸縮臂起重機(jī)上,其結(jié)構(gòu)形式多樣,原理不盡相同。為了獲得動(dòng)作靈活,安全可靠,維護(hù)方便,伸縮效率高的伸縮系統(tǒng),國(guó)內(nèi)外多家起重機(jī)生產(chǎn)商都積極投入,深入研究。 本文以大連理工大學(xué)與太原重型機(jī)械集團(tuán)有限公司合作開發(fā)的TZM1200t伸縮臂起重機(jī)為算例,對(duì)齒輪互鎖式單缸插銷機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)性能做了深入研究,形成一套比較完整的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、參數(shù)優(yōu)化方法,主要工作如下: (1)提出了齒輪互鎖式單缸插銷機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)要求,以TZM1200t伸縮臂起重機(jī)的單缸插銷機(jī)構(gòu)為算例,通過分析,確定了該機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,傳動(dòng)原理,對(duì)整個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的相關(guān)部件進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的計(jì)算,確定了決定齒輪互鎖式單缸插銷機(jī)構(gòu)工作性能的核心參數(shù); (2)對(duì)齒輪互鎖式單缸插銷機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真,分別考慮各個(gè)因素對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)核心性能參數(shù)的影響程度,并提取不同因素影響下的結(jié)果,進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,確定主要影響因素和次要影響因素; (3)依據(jù)上文對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)工作過程的影響因素評(píng)估結(jié)果,提取主要因素,忽略次要因素,建立了缸銷和臂銷插銷過程的動(dòng)力學(xué)方程,繪制核心性能參數(shù)的變化曲線,并與仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證方程的正確性,為工程設(shè)計(jì)提供簡(jiǎn)單快捷的計(jì)算方法; (4)針對(duì)所建立的動(dòng)力學(xué)方程的各個(gè)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析,確定主要影響參數(shù),繪制缸銷和臂銷插銷時(shí)間隨各自驅(qū)動(dòng)彈簧剛度的變化曲線,為設(shè)計(jì)者指明了設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化的方向; (5)根據(jù)上文指出的方向,針對(duì)齒輪互鎖式單缸插銷機(jī)構(gòu)的缸銷彈簧,缸銷油缸彈簧,臂銷彈簧以及齒輪齒條傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)分別進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化,將優(yōu)化后的參數(shù)帶入建立的動(dòng)力學(xué)方程中,提取插銷時(shí)間,繪制圖表,比較分析優(yōu)化前后機(jī)構(gòu)性能提高的百分?jǐn)?shù),根據(jù)優(yōu)化結(jié)果,對(duì)原始設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。 綜上所述,本文提出了一套完整的齒輪互鎖式單缸插銷機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方法,為實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù),具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:As one of the core components of large tonnage and high performance engineering crane, single cylinder pin telescopic mechanism has been widely applied to telescopic jib cranes at home and abroad in recent years. In order to obtain flexible, safe and reliable telescopic system with convenient maintenance and high telescopic efficiency, many crane manufacturers at home and abroad are actively engaged in in-depth research. Taking the TZM1200t telescopic jib crane developed by Dalian University of Technology and Taiyuan heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd. As an example, the structural performance of the gear interlocking single cylinder pin mechanism is studied in depth, and a set of relatively complete design calculation is formed. The main work of the parameter optimization method is as follows: (1) the design requirements of the gear interlocking single-cylinder pin mechanism are put forward. Taking the single-cylinder bolt mechanism of the TZM1200t telescopic jib crane as an example, the structure form of the mechanism is determined through analysis. In the principle of transmission, the relevant parts of the whole mechanism are calculated in detail, and the core parameters determining the working performance of the gear interlocking single cylinder pin mechanism are determined. (2) the dynamics simulation of the gear interlocking single cylinder pin mechanism is carried out. The influence degree of each factor on the core performance parameters of the mechanism is considered, and the results under the influence of different factors are extracted, and the main influencing factors and the secondary influencing factors are determined. (3) based on the evaluation results of the influencing factors of the mechanism working process above, the main factors are extracted and the secondary factors are ignored. The dynamic equations of the cylinder pin and the arm pin are established, and the variation curves of the core performance parameters are drawn. And compared with the simulation results to verify the correctness of the equation for engineering design to provide a simple and fast calculation method. (4) the established dynamic equation parameters are analyzed to determine the main impact parameters. Drawing the curve of cylinder pin and arm pin bolt time changing with the stiffness of each drive spring, pointing out the direction of design optimization for the designer; (5) according to the direction pointed out above, aiming at the cylinder pin spring of gear interlocking single cylinder pin mechanism, Cylinder pin cylinder spring, arm pin spring and gear-rack transmission mechanism are optimized with multi-objective, and the optimized parameters are brought into the established dynamic equation, the time of bolt is extracted, and the graph is drawn. The percentage of mechanism performance improvement before and after optimization is compared and the original design structure is improved according to the optimization results. To sum up, this paper puts forward a complete design optimization method of gear interlocking single cylinder pin mechanism, which provides theoretical basis for practical engineering application and has guiding significance.
