基于創(chuàng)新理論的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)面臨著更為嚴(yán)峻的市場競爭。國內(nèi)的很多企業(yè)缺乏自主創(chuàng)新能力,很多產(chǎn)品基本上是根據(jù)經(jīng)驗來確定參數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計,或者是模仿測繪國外產(chǎn)品,產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定性和可靠性較差,且易產(chǎn)生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛。研究表明,科學(xué)發(fā)現(xiàn)、科學(xué)儀器和科學(xué)方法是成功創(chuàng)新的根本途徑,而科學(xué)方法的核心是創(chuàng)新方法,只有讓設(shè)計人員掌握了創(chuàng)新方法,才能推動企業(yè)創(chuàng)新,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)型。因此,本文著力研究基于創(chuàng)新理論的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計方法,并嘗試把它們應(yīng)用到工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)設(shè)計當(dāng)中。 設(shè)計作為一項不斷發(fā)展的社會活動,,具有經(jīng)驗的積累性和實踐的創(chuàng)新性。根據(jù)不同的設(shè)計內(nèi)容和目的,可遵循一定的設(shè)計程序。設(shè)計程序與方法是一組完整的概念,在一定的設(shè)計程序中使用一定的設(shè)計方法才能順利完成該程序預(yù)定的目的。本文闡述了一些通用的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計方法,詳細(xì)介紹了TRIZ創(chuàng)新技法的理論體系,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了適合工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的方法,使兩者得到有機(jī)的結(jié)合。 文中把上述過程應(yīng)用到壓路機(jī)部件的改進(jìn)設(shè)計過程。首先,應(yīng)用了技術(shù)進(jìn)化理論對壓路機(jī)的軸承損壞和激振室漏油問題進(jìn)行分析和解決,并取得了明顯的效果;其次,應(yīng)用基于矛盾矩陣的Pro/Techniques5.0軟件工具給出解決駕駛員作業(yè)時不適的措施,提出了改變技術(shù)參數(shù)的原理,降低了減振器的剛度,改變了駕駛員不適現(xiàn)象;最后對壓路機(jī)做了簡化的三維模型,對剛度和上下車質(zhì)量比改變前后進(jìn)行仿真分析,得出剛度取較低下限的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and technology, enterprises are facing more severe market competition. Many domestic enterprises lack the ability of independent innovation, many products are basically based on experience to determine the parameters of design, or imitating the mapping of foreign products, product stability and reliability is poor, and prone to intellectual property disputes. The research shows that scientific instruments and scientific methods are the basic ways of successful innovation, and the core of scientific methods is innovation methods. Only when designers master the innovative methods, can they promote enterprise innovation and realize the transformation of industrial technology. Therefore, this paper studies the product design methods based on innovation theory, and tries to apply them to the improved design of construction machinery products. Design as a continuous development of social activities, with the accumulation of experience and practical innovation. According to different design content and purpose, can follow certain design procedure. The design program and method are a set of complete concepts. Only by using a certain design method in a certain design program can the intended purpose of the program be successfully completed. In this paper, some general product design methods are described, and the theoretical system of TRIZ innovative techniques is introduced in detail. On the basis of this, the method suitable for the design of construction machinery products is put forward, so that the two can be combined organically. In this paper, the above process is applied to the improved design process of roller components. Firstly, the technology evolution theory is applied to analyze and solve the problems of bearing damage and vibration chamber leakage of roller, and the obvious results are obtained. The Pro/Techniques5.0 software tool based on contradiction matrix is used to solve the discomfort of driver, and the principle of changing technical parameters is put forward, which reduces the stiffness of shock absorber and changes the phenomenon of driver discomfort. Finally, the simplified three-dimensional model of the roller is made, and the simulation analysis is carried out before and after the change of the stiffness and the mass ratio of loading and unloading, and the feasibility of taking the lower limit of the stiffness is obtained.
