斗輪機(jī)斗輪直驅(qū)式液壓系統(tǒng)靜動(dòng)態(tài)特性分析與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:斗輪堆取料機(jī)是現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)中常用的一種連續(xù)堆取料機(jī)械,目前在碼頭、冶金、發(fā)電廠、鋼鐵廠等散料裝卸的場(chǎng)合得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。斗輪堆取料機(jī)中斗輪是實(shí)現(xiàn)其取料的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,斗輪機(jī)斗輪的合理驅(qū)動(dòng)對(duì)斗輪機(jī)來(lái)說(shuō)極為重要。 直驅(qū)式容積控制系統(tǒng)是近十幾年快速發(fā)展起來(lái)的,目前在國(guó)外已得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。與傳統(tǒng)的閥控系統(tǒng)與泵控系統(tǒng)相比,直驅(qū)式容積控制系統(tǒng)有節(jié)能、效率高等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)?紤]到直驅(qū)式容積控制系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢(shì),本論文針對(duì)斗輪機(jī)斗輪所需要達(dá)到的技術(shù)參數(shù),研究并設(shè)計(jì)了斗輪機(jī)斗輪直驅(qū)式容積控制系統(tǒng)。 論文設(shè)計(jì)了斗輪機(jī)斗輪直驅(qū)式液壓系統(tǒng),包括系統(tǒng)原理圖的設(shè)計(jì)和相關(guān)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),其中閥塊的設(shè)計(jì)也簡(jiǎn)化了系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu);建立了各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,從而得到了斗輪機(jī)斗輪直驅(qū)式容積控制系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型;通過(guò)PID控制使系統(tǒng)使得系統(tǒng)有一定的幅值裕量和相位裕量;分析了系統(tǒng)的頻寬、響應(yīng)速度、穩(wěn)定精度等技術(shù)參數(shù);分析了系統(tǒng)中主要參數(shù)的變化對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能的影響,并進(jìn)行了計(jì)算機(jī)仿真研究。 交流電機(jī)與直流電機(jī)相比具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、運(yùn)行可靠、維修方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。本設(shè)計(jì)中對(duì)異步電機(jī)的速度控制是實(shí)現(xiàn)馬達(dá)速度控制的關(guān)鍵。論文中對(duì)交流異步電機(jī)先采用了變頻變壓控制方式并進(jìn)行了數(shù)學(xué)建模與計(jì)算機(jī)仿真,然后對(duì)交流電機(jī)的控制又采用了矢量控制方式并將其應(yīng)用于斗輪速度的控制,搭建了Simulink仿真模型并進(jìn)行了計(jì)算機(jī)仿真研究。
[Abstract]:Bucket wheel stacker is a kind of continuous stowage machine commonly used in modern production. It has been widely used in loading and unloading of bulk materials such as wharf, metallurgy, power plant, steel plant and so on. The bucket wheel is the key equipment to realize its material collection in the bucket wheel stacker and the rational driving of the bucket wheel is very important to the bucket wheel machine. Direct drive volume control system has been developed rapidly in recent years and has been widely used in foreign countries. Compared with traditional valve control system and pump control system, direct drive volumetric control system has many advantages, such as energy saving, high efficiency and so on. Considering the advantages of direct-drive volumetric control system, this paper studies and designs the direct drive volumetric control system of bucket wheel according to the technical parameters of bucket wheel. In this paper, the hydraulic system of bucket wheel is designed, including the design of system schematic diagram and the design of related mechanical structure, in which the design of valve block also simplifies the structure of the system, and establishes the mathematical model of each link. The mathematical model of the direct drive volume control system of bucket wheel is obtained, the amplitude margin and phase margin of the system are made by PID control, the technical parameters of the system, such as frequency width, response speed and stability precision, are analyzed. The influence of the main parameters on the performance of the system is analyzed, and the computer simulation is carried out. Compared with DC motor, AC motor has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and convenient maintenance, and has been widely used in industrial production. In this design, the speed control of asynchronous motor is the key to realize motor speed control. In this paper, the AC asynchronous motor is controlled by variable frequency variable voltage control method, mathematical modeling and computer simulation are carried out, and then the vector control mode of AC motor is adopted and applied to the control of bucket wheel speed. The Simulink simulation model is built and the computer simulation research is carried out.
