【摘要】：機(jī)械加工工藝是指采用機(jī)械加工的方法按一定順序直接改變毛坯的形狀、尺寸、相對(duì)位置等使其成為合格零件的工藝過(guò)程。零件機(jī)械加工過(guò)程中,會(huì)產(chǎn)生一定的資源消耗和環(huán)境污染。因此,本文以機(jī)械加工工藝為研究對(duì)象,分析了工藝資源環(huán)境屬性清單分析步驟,并基于工藝的IPO過(guò)程模型,建立了綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,闡述了工藝綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法原理,依此評(píng)價(jià)工藝的綠色性,為減少其資源消耗和環(huán)境影響提供依據(jù)�？偟膩�(lái)說(shuō),本文主要進(jìn)行了以下內(nèi)容的研究: (1)通過(guò)分析綠色制造工藝規(guī)劃和清單分析的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,說(shuō)明實(shí)施綠色制造工藝規(guī)劃技術(shù)在制造企業(yè)中的重要性和迫切性,介紹了目前國(guó)內(nèi)外工藝規(guī)劃綠色評(píng)價(jià)方法,提出本文的研究方向。 (2)分析了機(jī)械加工工藝資源環(huán)境屬性清單分析步驟,并構(gòu)建了具體工藝的IPO過(guò)程模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)工藝的資源環(huán)境屬性,建立了清單分析評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,詳述了指標(biāo)層數(shù)據(jù)的采集和量化方法。 (3)依據(jù)建立的清單分析評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法原理進(jìn)行了分析,確定了綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法的步驟,對(duì)其優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了描述。并應(yīng)用案例給予分析評(píng)價(jià)。 (4)以上述研究工作為基礎(chǔ),開(kāi)發(fā)了工藝資源環(huán)境屬性清單分析和綜合評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),分析了系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、功能和評(píng)價(jià)流程等,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)工藝評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行了操作演示。
[Abstract]:Machining technology refers to the process in which the blank shape, size and relative position are changed directly in a certain order by the method of mechanical processing, which makes it a qualified part. In the process of machining parts, there will be a certain amount of resource consumption and environmental pollution. Therefore, this paper takes the machining technology as the research object, analyzes the process resource and environment attribute list analysis steps, and based on the IPO process model of the process, establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system, and expounds the principle of the process comprehensive evaluation method. The green property of the process is evaluated in order to reduce its resource consumption and environmental impact. In general, this paper mainly studies the following contents: (1) through the analysis of green manufacturing process planning and inventory analysis at home and abroad, The importance and urgency of implementing green manufacturing process planning technology in manufacturing enterprises are explained, and the present green evaluation methods of process planning at home and abroad are introduced. The research direction of this paper is put forward. (2) the steps of analyzing the list of process resources and environment attributes are analyzed, and the IPO process model of specific process is constructed. On the basis of this, according to the resource and environment attribute of process, The index system of inventory analysis and evaluation is established, and the method of collecting and quantifying the data of index layer is described in detail. (3) according to the established index system of inventory analysis and evaluation, the principle of comprehensive evaluation method is analyzed. The steps of comprehensive evaluation method are determined and its advantages are described. Based on the above research work, a process resource environment attribute list analysis and comprehensive evaluation system is developed, and the system architecture, function and evaluation process are analyzed. The system process evaluation is demonstrated.
