【摘要】：精益生產(chǎn)方式是全球工業(yè)化歷史上的第三個(gè)里程碑，是具有革命性的生產(chǎn)管理方式。它的核心思想是減少時(shí)間、成本和物料的浪費(fèi)，建立具有高效率、靈活性、復(fù)合的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)。精益生產(chǎn)、六西格碼等先進(jìn)理念代表著當(dāng)今制造業(yè)的發(fā)展方向，被譽(yù)為“21世紀(jì)制造業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)方式”。精益生產(chǎn)不僅僅是一種工具、一種手段，從更深層面上理解，它應(yīng)該是一種企業(yè)理念、企業(yè)文化，所以企業(yè)在推進(jìn)精益生產(chǎn)的過(guò)程中更應(yīng)注重精益文化的培養(yǎng)。[1] 斯蒂爾是一家具有百年歷史的國(guó)際性公司，在林業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)鏈鋸等電動(dòng)工具以及園林景觀的維護(hù)和建設(shè)領(lǐng)域處于全球領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位。作為發(fā)端于豐田方式的精益理念，，在生產(chǎn)和工裝設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)制造中的應(yīng)用對(duì)于企業(yè)提高核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力至關(guān)重要。 本文結(jié)合實(shí)際情況，針對(duì)一款專(zhuān)業(yè)割草機(jī)的彎管工裝進(jìn)行復(fù)合化、快速換型的改進(jìn)。公司生產(chǎn)一款割草機(jī)系列，擁有三個(gè)不同的型號(hào)。區(qū)別在于其中兩種驅(qū)動(dòng)桿的垂直和折彎。目前公司有多條生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)用于不同型號(hào)的割草機(jī)的生產(chǎn)，并組裝兩種完全不同的驅(qū)動(dòng)桿，但是它們?cè)谛螤詈痛笮》矫媸窍嗨频�。這導(dǎo)致設(shè)計(jì)一款帶有快速換型工裝的復(fù)合生產(chǎn)設(shè)備及其生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)的創(chuàng)意的萌發(fā)和實(shí)際應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Lean production is the global industrialization history of the third milepost, is a revolutionary production management. Its core idea is to reduce the time, cost and material waste, establish an efficient, flexible production system composite. Lean production, the development direction of Six Sigma and other advanced concepts represent today's manufacturing industry. Known as "the twenty-first Century standards for manufacturing production. Lean production is not only a tool, a means of understanding on a deeper level, it should be a kind of corporate philosophy, corporate culture, so that enterprises in the process of implementing LP, should pay more attention to the cultivation of.[1] Lean Culture
Steele is a hundred years history of international company, is a global leader in forestry and agriculture chain saws and other electric tools and landscape maintenance and construction fields. As originated in the TOYOTA lean concept, in the production and tooling equipment design and manufacturing should be used to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises is very important.
In this paper, combined with the actual situation, according to the benders a professional lawn mower mounted composite, improved rapid change. The company produces a series of lawn mower, with three different models. The difference is the two driving rod and vertical bending. The company has many production lines for the production of different types of lawn mower two, and the drive rod assembly completely different, but they are similar in size and shape. This lead to the design of a quick change tooling composite production equipment and production line the germination of creative and practical applications.
