【摘要】：在制造行業(yè)中，配套的物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)、倉儲系統(tǒng)等都是不可缺少的重要組成部分，將RFID識別系統(tǒng)以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為依托運用到企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中，能夠有效地提高企業(yè)的核心競爭力。 互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展使得全球信息傳遞的即時性得到了基本保證，人們將RFID技術(shù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)結(jié)合起來應(yīng)用于物品標(biāo)識和物流供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的自動追蹤管理，由此誕生了EPC物聯(lián)網(wǎng)。 本文分析了EPC物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)及其工作流程，并對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的主要技術(shù)進行了分析研究。將對RFID系統(tǒng)中的數(shù)據(jù)模塊通過動態(tài)二進制搜索算法進行分析，并且通過C語言進行仿真，使模塊傳輸和處理信息效率提高，這個系統(tǒng)軟件環(huán)節(jié)效率的提升促使計算機中央處理能力提高，從而使整個RFID識別系統(tǒng)效率達到最優(yōu)化。 本文將對RFID應(yīng)用規(guī)劃階段出現(xiàn)的一些問題進行詳細探討，并且通過構(gòu)建一個企業(yè)級的應(yīng)用架構(gòu)，來詮釋企業(yè)和RFID系統(tǒng)的融合，使系統(tǒng)能夠更好的運作，解決一些實際存在的問題，從而滿足RFID應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的多樣化技術(shù)要求。 最后將提出在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下的基于RFID技術(shù)的新一代物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的一種實現(xiàn)模型，該模型由多種硬件與軟件應(yīng)用模塊組成。并著重闡述該系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究和實現(xiàn)方案，以一個試點項目的實踐過程為主線，通過Flemxsim軟件模擬仿真，實現(xiàn)對RFID與物流系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化結(jié)合。 將RFID系統(tǒng)運用到企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)上，通過案例分析，，對比傳統(tǒng)系統(tǒng)效率和準(zhǔn)確率，將在很大程度上得到提高。
[Abstract]:In manufacturing industry, supporting logistics network system, warehousing system and so on are indispensable and important components. Applying RFID identification system based on Internet to the supply chain system of enterprises can effectively improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
With the development of Internet technology, the immediacy of global information transmission has been basically guaranteed. People combine RFID technology with network technology to automatically track and manage goods identification and logistics supply chain system, thus the birth of EPC Internet of things.
This paper analyzes the architecture of EPC network and its work flow, and the main technology in IOT are analyzed. The data analysis module in RFID system by dynamic binary search algorithm, and through the C language simulation module transmission and improve the efficiency of information, the software part of the system efficiency to promote the computer central processing ability, so that the entire RFID identification system efficiency optimization.
This paper discusses some problems will appear on the RFID application planning stage, and constructs a framework of enterprise application integration, and to interpret the enterprise RFID system, the system can operate better, to solve some practical problems, so as to meet the diversified technical requirements of the RFID application system.
Finally, put forward a network implementation model of a new generation of logistics network system based on RFID technology in the environment, the model consists of a variety of hardware and software application module. And it focuses on the research on the key technology of the system and the realization of the program, in the practice process of a pilot project as the main line, through Flemxsim simulation the software, to realize the combination of RFID and optimization of logistics system.
The RFID system is applied to the supply chain system of the enterprise. Through the case analysis, the efficiency and accuracy of the traditional system will be improved to a great extent.
