【摘要】:針對目前帶裝球口的深溝球軸承人工裝配生產(chǎn)效率低,需求量大的現(xiàn)狀,采用經(jīng)驗設(shè)計與現(xiàn)代設(shè)計相結(jié)合的方法,研制一種軸承自動裝球機。此裝球機應(yīng)用于軸承內(nèi)外圈均帶有裝球口的深溝球軸承的自動裝配。利用PLC控制整機進行上料、裝球、出料等順序工作,整個系統(tǒng)可以實現(xiàn)自動運行和故障自診斷等功能。本文的主要工作如下: (1)根據(jù)深溝球軸承自動裝球機功能要求,逐個分析各個裝置動作過程中預(yù)定方案以及可能出現(xiàn)的問題,給出各機構(gòu)的工作原理圖,并最終確定各裝置的方案和整個動作過程。 (2)在確定設(shè)備總體方案的基礎(chǔ)上,對自動裝球機主要裝置包括自動撥球、送球和裝球裝置,以及其他輔助裝置進行具體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,通過氣缸驅(qū)動各機構(gòu)完成相應(yīng)動作,明確各裝置相對位置,給出各裝置結(jié)構(gòu)圖,詳細說明工作原理,并利用ANSYS軟件驗證自動裝球機軸承座和機架的強度和剛度是否滿足要求。 (3)基于所設(shè)計的機械結(jié)構(gòu),對設(shè)備的電氣控制系統(tǒng)進行功能分析,選擇適合各裝置的氣缸類型,確定設(shè)備的氣壓傳動系統(tǒng),利用PLC實現(xiàn)設(shè)備的自動控制,做出設(shè)備運行流程圖,給出自動裝球機內(nèi)外圈一次定位開始和第四次壓球程序。 該設(shè)備已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于生產(chǎn)實際,裝球成功率可達98%,平均速度為11s/個,降低了工人的勞動強度,提高了該類軸承的裝配效率,增加了設(shè)備的自動化程度,實現(xiàn)了手工裝配到自動裝配的轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the present situation of low production efficiency and large demand of deep groove ball bearing with ball opening, the method of combining experience design with modern design is adopted. A kind of automatic ball loading machine for bearing is developed. The ball loader is applied to the automatic assembly of deep groove ball bearing with ball port on the inner and outer ring of bearing. The whole machine is controlled by PLC to carry on the sequence work such as feeding, charging and discharging. The whole system can realize the functions of automatic operation and fault self-diagnosis. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) according to the functional requirements of automatic ball loader for deep groove ball bearings, the predetermined scheme and possible problems during the operation of each device are analyzed one by one, and the working principle diagram of each mechanism is given. Finally, the scheme of each device and the whole action process are determined. On the basis of determining the overall plan of the equipment, the main equipment of the automatic ball loader is designed, including the automatic ball, the ball feeding and the ball loading, as well as other auxiliary devices. Through the cylinder drive each mechanism to complete the corresponding action, determine the relative position of each device, give each device structure diagram, detailed description of the working principle. The strength and stiffness of bearing seat and frame of automatic ball loader are verified by ANSYS software. Based on the designed mechanical structure, the function of the electrical control system of the equipment is analyzed, the type of cylinder suitable for each device is selected, and the pneumatic transmission system of the equipment is determined. The PLC is used to realize the automatic control of the equipment, the flow chart of the equipment operation is made, and the program of the first positioning of the inner and outer ring of the automatic ball loader and the 4th times of ball pressing are given. The equipment has been used in production, the successful rate of ball loading can reach 98, the average speed is 11s / unit, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the assembly efficiency of this kind of bearing is improved. The automation degree of the equipment is increased, and the transformation from manual assembly to automatic assembly is realized.
