【摘要】:目前,制造業(yè)正面臨著生產(chǎn)多品種小批量產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)需求,企業(yè)必須提出一種新的生產(chǎn)制造系統(tǒng)來(lái)適應(yīng)這個(gè)多變的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境。在此背景下,可重構(gòu)制造系統(tǒng)隨之提出,為了更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)可重構(gòu)制造系統(tǒng),使制造系統(tǒng)既保持高的生產(chǎn)率,又有高的柔性和設(shè)備利用率,隨之提出了虛擬單元布局。當(dāng)今,虛擬單元布局受到了越來(lái)越多學(xué)者的關(guān)注和越來(lái)越多企業(yè)的歡迎。本文就單元布局進(jìn)行了研究,其主要內(nèi)容包括: 首先,基于聚類算法,建立了一個(gè)單周期單元布局?jǐn)?shù)學(xué)模型,由于考慮到單元布局重構(gòu)的成本,隨即又建立了一個(gè)多周期的虛擬單元布局?jǐn)?shù)學(xué)模型。本文以各設(shè)備間的關(guān)聯(lián)度值總和綜合最大和負(fù)荷均衡為目標(biāo)建立一個(gè)多周期的虛擬單元布局?jǐn)?shù)學(xué)模型,引入數(shù)值算例,驗(yàn)證模型的有效性。 其次,通過(guò)對(duì)遺傳算法的概念及其流程的了解,引入一個(gè)數(shù)值算例,應(yīng)用遺傳算法,對(duì)這個(gè)基于聚類算法的多周期虛擬單元布局?jǐn)?shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行求解,得出了一個(gè)最優(yōu)解下的虛擬單元布局。在遺傳算法的操作過(guò)程中,將“輪盤(pán)賭”和“精英保留”策略進(jìn)行了結(jié)合,并在遺傳算法的編碼,交叉和變異階段,都采用了兩種方法來(lái)進(jìn)行,可以使目標(biāo)函數(shù)更快更好地收斂于最優(yōu)解。 最后,結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,根據(jù)金工車間的歷史數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)市場(chǎng)調(diào)查和歷史數(shù)據(jù)建立多個(gè)周期下零件的需求表,結(jié)合基于聚類算法的多周期虛擬單元布局?jǐn)?shù)學(xué)模型,運(yùn)用遺傳算法進(jìn)行求解,得到最優(yōu)解下的單元布局方案。在這個(gè)單元布局方案的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)改善前后的物流量進(jìn)行了比較和分析。
[Abstract]:At present , the manufacturing industry is facing the market demand for the production of many kinds of small batch products . The enterprise must present a new production and manufacturing system to adapt to the changeable market environment . In this background , the reconfigurable manufacturing system is put forward . In order to better realize the reconfigurable manufacturing system , the virtual unit layout is proposed . Today , the layout of the virtual unit is attracted by more and more scholars ' attention and more and more enterprises . In this paper , the unit layout is studied , and the main contents include : Firstly , based on clustering algorithm , a mathematical model of single - period unit layout is established , and a multi - period virtual unit layout mathematical model is established in consideration of the cost of unit layout reconstruction . In this paper , a multi - period virtual unit layout mathematical model is established based on the sum of the correlation degree values of each device and the load balance , and a numerical example is introduced to validate the validity of the model . Secondly , through the understanding of the concept and process of genetic algorithm , a numerical example is introduced to solve the mathematical model of multi - period virtual unit layout based on clustering algorithm . Finally , according to the historical data of the work shop , according to the historical data of the work shop , a multi - cycle virtual unit layout mathematical model based on clustering algorithm is established by combining the market survey and the historical data , and the unit layout scheme under the optimal solution is obtained by using the genetic algorithm .
