【摘要】:關節(jié)軸承是一種特殊結構的滑動軸承,具有結構簡單、承載大和自調心的特點,在航空航天、工程機械等領域應用廣泛。關節(jié)軸承在使用過程中由于磨損使得徑向間隙增大而失效,導致操縱部件精度降低、控制失效,甚至給整個裝備帶來災難性后果?煽啃则炞C能夠通過試驗檢驗關節(jié)軸承的可靠性是否達到要求水平,確保設計生產(chǎn)出來的成品滿足既定的可靠性要求,對裝備的可靠安全運行具有非常重要的意義。造成關節(jié)軸承失效的主要原因為磨損,在正常工況下軸承磨損失效的時間很長,若采用傳統(tǒng)可靠性驗證方法驗證關節(jié)軸承可靠性指標,工程中難以實施,因而需要引入加速退化試驗技術開展可靠性驗證方法研究,以解決傳統(tǒng)驗證試驗效率不高的問題。本文通過引入加速退化試驗提高試驗效率,并利用Gamma過程描述關節(jié)軸承的退化過程,建立了基于Gamma過程的加速可靠性驗證方法,為關節(jié)軸承的可靠性驗證提供技術支撐。本文主要研究內容如下:(1)分析了關節(jié)軸承的退化失效過程,重點討論了關節(jié)軸承的失效機理。在此基礎上,建立了關節(jié)軸承加速可靠性試驗的退化模型、加速模型等主要模型,提出了Gamma過程的K-S檢驗方法。(2)提出了基于Gamma過程的加速可靠性試驗方案的設計方法,通過預試驗獲取先驗信息及對可靠性指標進行轉化,實現(xiàn)可靠性驗證試驗方案的設計。仿真結果表明,利用本文方法對具有單調退化過程的退化型產(chǎn)品進行可靠性驗證,在較短的時間內能夠給出可信度較高的驗證結果。(3)引入BS分布描述產(chǎn)品的累計失效分布,對可靠性驗證試驗方案優(yōu)化問題進行描述并建立了優(yōu)化模型。提出了驗證試驗方案的優(yōu)化方法,為關節(jié)軸承加速可靠性試驗的順利實施奠定基礎。Monte Carlo仿真評價表明優(yōu)化試驗方案可以有效提高驗證結果精度。(4)針對某型關節(jié)軸承實施了加速可靠性驗證試驗,對所提出的可靠性指標進行了有效驗證。結果表明,采用Gamma過程描述關節(jié)軸承磨損退化過程是準確、合理的。通過考慮先驗信息偏差對基本驗證試驗方案進行優(yōu)化,更符合實際情況,所得驗證結果更準確,從而驗證了本文方法的可行性和有效性。綜上所述,論文從理論分析、仿真驗證和工程應用等方面系統(tǒng)研究了關節(jié)軸承加速可靠性驗證中的建模與方案設計問題,并在此基礎上提出了基于Gamma過程的關節(jié)軸承加速可靠性驗證方法。本文研究成果對加速試驗技術在關節(jié)軸承可靠性驗證中的研究應用具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Joint bearing is a special structure of sliding bearing, with simple structure, bearing large and self-centring characteristics in aerospace. Joint bearings are widely used in the field of construction machinery. The radial clearance increases due to wear, which leads to the reduction of the precision of the control parts and the failure of control. Reliability verification can test whether the reliability of the joint bearings reaches the required level and ensure that the finished products designed and produced meet the established reliability requirements. It is very important for the reliable and safe operation of the equipment. The main reason for the failure of the joint bearing is wear, and the bearing wear failure time is very long under normal working conditions. If the traditional reliability verification method is used to verify the reliability index of the joint bearing, it is difficult to implement in the engineering, so it is necessary to introduce the accelerated degradation test technology to carry out the reliability verification research. In order to solve the problem that the efficiency of traditional verification test is not high, this paper improves the test efficiency by introducing accelerated degradation test, and describes the degradation process of joint bearing by Gamma process. An accelerated reliability verification method based on Gamma process is established to provide technical support for reliability verification of joint bearings. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the degradation failure process of joint bearings is analyzed. The failure mechanism of joint bearing is discussed in detail. On this basis, the degradation model, acceleration model and other main models of accelerated reliability test of joint bearing are established. The K-S test method of Gamma process is put forward. The design method of accelerated reliability test scheme based on Gamma process is presented. The design of the reliability verification test scheme is realized by obtaining the prior information and transforming the reliability index through the pre-test. The simulation results show that. The method is used to verify the reliability of degraded products with monotone degradation process. In a short time, the reliability of the verification results can be given. 3) the introduction of BS distribution to describe the cumulative failure distribution of the product. The optimization problem of reliability test scheme is described and the optimization model is established. It lays a foundation for the successful implementation of the joint bearing accelerated reliability test. Monte Carlo simulation evaluation shows that the optimized test scheme can effectively improve the accuracy of the verification results. An accelerated reliability verification test is carried out for a certain type of joint bearing. The results show that it is accurate to use Gamma process to describe the wear degradation process of joint bearing. Reasonable. By considering the prior information deviation to optimize the basic verification test scheme, it is more in line with the actual situation, and the verification results are more accurate, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this method. In this paper, the modeling and scheme design of joint bearing accelerated reliability verification are systematically studied from the aspects of theoretical analysis, simulation verification and engineering application. On this basis, an accelerated reliability verification method of joint bearing based on Gamma process is proposed. The research results in this paper have important reference for the research and application of accelerated test technology in the reliability verification of joint bearing. Righteousness.
