【摘要】:目前,能源浪費(fèi)問(wèn)題受到密切關(guān)注。在工程機(jī)械中,負(fù)載與動(dòng)力源的不匹配使的能源浪費(fèi)相當(dāng)嚴(yán)重。隨著變量泵的出現(xiàn),這種情況得到很大改善,恒功率控制就是變量控制中的一種,它主要是根據(jù)系統(tǒng)壓力來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)泵的排量,使系統(tǒng)輸出功率保持在一定的誤差范圍內(nèi),使其基本上達(dá)到恒功率控制。文中所做的主要工作有: 1、對(duì)液壓控制系統(tǒng)做了簡(jiǎn)要介紹,并闡述了本課題研究的必要性,和研究問(wèn)題的主要思路; 2、簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)明了目前常見(jiàn)的幾種機(jī)-液恒功率控制系統(tǒng),并對(duì)A11VO的恒功率控制原理作了介紹; 3、首先對(duì)恒功率控制中所需要的各種參數(shù)進(jìn)行了介紹,以便在數(shù)學(xué)分析的時(shí)候可以直接引用,然后就是對(duì)恒功率控制系統(tǒng)中的元件建立了動(dòng)態(tài)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。由于恒功率控制系統(tǒng)在控制過(guò)程中受到的最大擾動(dòng)就是柱塞作用于斜盤的液壓力矩,故也對(duì)柱塞作用于斜盤的力矩做了簡(jiǎn)單分析,最后將這種較復(fù)雜的、不便分析的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了等效轉(zhuǎn)換,使分析過(guò)程大大簡(jiǎn)化; 4、首先對(duì)恒功率控制進(jìn)行了數(shù)學(xué)分析,從分析結(jié)果可以看出,擺桿結(jié)構(gòu)的恒功率控制系統(tǒng)仍然不是完全的恒功率控制,只是近似的恒功率控制,從中得出恒功率控制主要與哪些變量相關(guān),并給出最小整體誤差恒功率誤差曲線;其次對(duì)恒功率控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)分析,從而得出不同參數(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)特性的影響。
[Abstract]:At present, the problem of energy waste is being closely watched. In engineering machinery, load and make the waste of energy is serious. The power source does not match with the variable pump, this situation has been greatly improved, a constant power control variable is in control, it is mainly to adjust the pump according to the system pressure displacement, make the system the output power is kept in a certain range of error, which basically achieve constant power control. The main work of this paper is:
1, the hydraulic control system is briefly introduced, and the necessity of the research and the main ideas of the research are expounded.
2, it simply explains several common machine - liquid constant power control systems, and introduces the principle of constant power control of A11VO.
3, first of all the parameters needed constant power control are introduced, so that can be directly used in mathematical analysis, and then the constant power control system components in the established dynamic mathematical model. Because the hydraulic torque constant power control system is in the control process is to skew the maximum piston the disk, so the piston effect on the swash plate torque to do a simple analysis, finally the more complex, inconvenient system analysis of the equivalent conversion, the analysis process is greatly simplified;
4, the constant power control is analyzed, the analysis results show that the structure of swing rod constant power control system of constant power control is still not completely, only approximate constant power control, the constant power control is mainly related to what variables, and gives the overall minimum error constant power error curve; secondly, the dynamic response analysis of constant power control system, so that the effects of different parameters on the system response.
