【摘要】:采用具有600 nm周期的一維硅光柵來表示等高粗糙表面,研究AFM的測試參數(shù)對等高粗糙表面的黏著影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)所使用的探針為平頭探針(PL2-CONTR-10,Nanosensors),其針尖直徑為2μm,實(shí)驗(yàn)分別在空氣中以及干燥環(huán)境下進(jìn)行,通過力曲線的測量,計(jì)算出黏著力的平均值以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差。結(jié)果表明:載荷與停留時(shí)間會引起黏著力的略微增大或減小,但總體影響不是很大;在空氣中,隨著退針?biāo)俾始涌?黏著力先表現(xiàn)出先增大然后減小的趨勢;而在干燥環(huán)境下,黏著力隨著退針?biāo)俾实募涌熘饾u減小。
[Abstract]:A one-dimensional silicon grating with a period of 600 nm is used to represent the equi-high rough surface. The influence of AFM parameters on the adhesion of rough surface was studied. The probe used in the experiment was PL2-CONTR-10 Nanosensors. The diameter of the tip was 2 渭 m. The experiment was carried out in air and dry environment, and the force curve was measured. The average value and standard deviation of the adhesion force are calculated. The results show that the load and residence time will cause a slight increase or decrease of the adhesion force, but the overall effect is not very great. In the air, the adhesive force increases first and then decreases with the increase of the speed of needle withdrawal. In the dry environment, the adhesive force decreases with the increase of the speed of needle withdrawal.
