【摘要】：工業(yè)CT(Computerized Tomography)掃描作為一種先進(jìn)的測(cè)量技術(shù),它能夠在不損傷零件的情況下以二維斷層圖像的形式清晰、準(zhǔn)確、直觀地展示出待測(cè)物內(nèi)外部輪廓形狀,這是三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量、激光掃描、逐層切削照相等無(wú)法比擬的。本文首先對(duì)逆向工程從概念、原理、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、數(shù)據(jù)的采集技術(shù)幾個(gè)方面作了一個(gè)總結(jié)性概述,并在此基礎(chǔ)上系統(tǒng)地分析了 ICT斷層數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理、曲面重構(gòu)、重構(gòu)模型質(zhì)量檢測(cè)等所涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),具體的研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:1.對(duì)鑄件的材料、形狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析了,結(jié)合蔡司1500型工業(yè)CT的特性確定了曲面重構(gòu)的技術(shù)路線和工業(yè)CT的工作參數(shù),經(jīng)過(guò)掃描生成了代表鑄件特性的volume體數(shù)據(jù)模型,并以STL文件輸出。2.將STL格式文件導(dǎo)入Geomagic studio,對(duì)導(dǎo)入的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行精簡(jiǎn)、降噪、多邊形的修補(bǔ)以及參數(shù)化曲面生成一個(gè)能夠表示零件內(nèi)外輪廓表面的NURBS曲面,最后將NURBS曲面導(dǎo)入U(xiǎn)G中構(gòu)建了一個(gè)可以用于仿制和再設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)體化模型。3.為了驗(yàn)證重構(gòu)模型的準(zhǔn)確性,將重構(gòu)曲面模型和原始的掃描模型導(dǎo)入Qualify進(jìn)行誤差分析,通過(guò)3D分析、二維截面分析模塊分析了重構(gòu)模型的整體誤差和典型截面的誤差。結(jié)果表明重構(gòu)模型的整體和典型截面的誤差都在合理的范圍內(nèi)。4.鑄件在澆鑄的過(guò)程中易出現(xiàn)夾雜、氣孔等缺陷,這些缺陷的存在將直接影響到工件的使用,因此需要對(duì)鑄件ICT斷層數(shù)據(jù)的典型截面中的氣孔的大小、位置以及孔隙率等指數(shù)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明鑄件中的孔在合理的范圍內(nèi),這說(shuō)明這次鑄件的鑄造過(guò)程是合格的。
[Abstract]:Industrial CT(Computerized Tomography scanning, as an advanced measurement technology, can display the inner and outer contour of the object in a clear, accurate and intuitive form without damaging the parts. This is a three-dimensional measurement, laser scanning. In this paper, the concept, principle, research status at home and abroad, data acquisition technology of reverse engineering are summarized. On this basis, the key technologies of ICT fault data preprocessing, surface reconstruction and reconstruction model quality testing are systematically analyzed. The specific research contents are as follows: 1. The material and shape of castings are analyzed in detail. Combined with the characteristics of Zeiss 1500 industrial CT, the technical route of surface reconstruction and the working parameters of industrial CT are determined. The volume volume data model representing casting characteristics is generated by scanning. The STL format file is imported into Geomagic Studio to simplify, reduce noise, repair polygon and parameterized surface to generate a NURBS surface which can represent the inner and outer surface of the part. In order to verify the accuracy of the reconstruction model, the reconstructed surface model and the original scanning model are imported into Qualify for error analysis. The whole error of the reconstructed model and the error of the typical section are analyzed in the two-dimensional section analysis module. The results show that the errors of the whole and the typical section of the reconstructed model are within a reasonable range of .4.The castings are prone to inclusions in the casting process. The existence of these defects will directly affect the use of the workpiece, so the size of the pore in the typical section of the ICT fault data of the casting is required. The results show that the hole in the casting is within a reasonable range, which indicates that the casting process is qualified.
