摘要：

根據(jù)專業(yè)綜合改革的建設(shè)目標(biāo)，對(duì)化學(xué)工程與工藝專業(yè)進(jìn)行了一年的綜合改革與建設(shè)工作，在人才培養(yǎng)方案制訂、教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、課程改革與教學(xué)資源建設(shè)、教學(xué)方式方法改革、實(shí)踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)改革、教學(xué)管理改革等專業(yè)發(fā)展重要環(huán)節(jié)取得了良好的進(jìn)展和較好的績(jī)效，，為化學(xué)工程與工藝專業(yè)卓越工程師的教育培養(yǎng)奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract： 

According to the construction goal of the specialty comprehensive reform , the comprehensive reform and the construction of the chemical engineering and technology ( CET ) specialty were carried out for one year.The good progress and better performance were made on main important links in the development of the CET specialty such as the talent training scheme formulating , teaching team construction , course reform , teaching resource construction , teaching method reform, practice teaching reform, and teaching management reform.The solid foundation was laid for the education and training of excellent engineer of the CET specialty.
