摘 要: 基于化學反應(yīng)所遵循的物質(zhì)守恒原理,在已知主要反應(yīng)物、生成物條件下,利用化學方程式
配平法,探討了不同條件下化學鍍鎳的基本規(guī)律,首次提出了與目前經(jīng)典化學鍍鎳理論不同的反應(yīng)方
程式;在此基礎(chǔ)上找出了次磷酸利用率規(guī)律;利用P―H 鍵斷裂理論分析探討了化學鍍鎳溶液成分及
工藝條件,如穩(wěn)定劑、pH 、裝載量、加速劑及絡(luò)合劑等對化學鍍鎳的影響機理;總結(jié)提出了提高化學
鍍鎳速度的措施。

different conditions was discussed by using chemical equations based on the law of mass conservation.The
new reaction equation different from classic theory of electroless nickel plating was proposed.And then the
efficiency behavior of sodium pypophosphite was found.The effect of electrolyte composition and plating
parameters such as stabilizer,pH value,loadage,promoter and complexing agent on the mechanism was
