【摘要】：串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜在鑒定天然產(chǎn)物的分子結(jié)構(gòu)方面起著重要的作用.每一類天然產(chǎn)物,在串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜中除有常規(guī)的質(zhì)譜裂解方式外,通常還具有因特定骨架類型而產(chǎn)生的特征裂解.因此可以通過天然產(chǎn)物各類成分的特征質(zhì)譜裂解所產(chǎn)生的特征碎片離子(diagnostic ions)來確認(rèn)該類天然產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)類型,然后再由常規(guī)的裂解方式來推測其周邊可能的取代基團.基于以上思路,我們設(shè)計并構(gòu)建了一種天然產(chǎn)物質(zhì)譜智能解析軟件SmartMass.
[Abstract]:Tandem mass spectrometry plays an important role in identifying the molecular structure of natural products. Each kind of natural product usually has the characteristic cleavage caused by the specific skeleton type in addition to the conventional mass spectrometry cleavage mode in tandem mass spectrometry. Therefore, the structural types of natural products can be confirmed by characteristic fragment ion (diagnostic ions) produced by characteristic mass spectrometry of various components of natural products, and then the possible substituents around them can be inferred by conventional pyrolysis methods. Based on the above ideas, we have designed and constructed a natural product mass spectrometry intelligent analysis software SmartMass..
